Gilles coustellier focusses highly on core strength.....helps massively with stanbility. Personally i go gym 3 times a week, weights and running mainly. Lots of body weight training ie pull ups and things like that. Also started playing squash again which kicks arse for cardio Am doing this over the winter while im not riding as much and will hopefully feel the benifit in the new year......results to follow when comps start back up loool

Hook Woods is amazing! What a Trial, really enjoyable riding 10 sections twice again havnt dont that for ages. Serious sections too, challenging without being dangerous. Had a comedy first lap of 23 so really had to pick things up in the second lap. Did just that having several cleans and making a second lap of 7......much improved. massive thanks to all the ebtc faithful it was a magnificant event xxx
