  1. This sounds very promising...You havnt mentioned 24" class? I am riding a 24" pure trials bike next year and was really hoping i could enter with the stock class?
  2. Thats why your in the reem team mate, great vid
  3. never fail to amaze me Steve o, cracking riding...think you might hand me my ass at the comp this weekend! The stacks at the end sums things up nicely too xx
  4. I was gobsmacked watching this.....the up gap in castle park, the hook gap, ridiculous sidehops, speed of the moves....i am totally impressed with all of it. More vids of you training would be ideal to learn from.
  5. The guy is unbelievable! hedge a ledge
  6. Liked that guys, very chilled feel to it. Dunc your riding the 24" a treat mate!
  7. Yeah the 24" revolution is here! Im also needing rims and tires.....anyone have a big betty for sale?
  8. Cheers for the suggestions guys, the rear tyre is only temporary. I have ordered a Big Betty but there doesnt appear to be any in the country at the moment.....gutted because i have already paid for it Its the front end that needs an update as its very heavy with the hope hub, disk, forks and rim combo....really do want some Neon 24" maggie forks but cant find them either. All things aside the bike rides lovely!
  9. your a gent, thanks for putting that up!
  10. After stepping away from the competition side of things this year and just enjoying my riding i have decided i need a fresh challenge. The Kabra interested me when it came out but was competing for the British title so i did not to buy one. The other day i decided i have waited long enough and picked up this full build from a friend to see if 24" was something i could ride. Went out on it today down southend for some street and had an awesome time! Found it a good compromise between mod and stock but also found it to be rather heavy for a shortass like myself... If anyone knows where i can get some lightweight maggie mount forks (24" obvs) and a light front wheel/rim set up then please let me know.... Comments welcome, if you want to have a try on it just come down to Barrow farm http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150380049340813&set=a.441240055812.228696.640025812&type=1&theater for some reason the file is unsuitable??? here is a facebook link not sure whether this works either...useless!
  11. Would love to try a decent 24" bike for a few weeks...think i would love one
  12. Its such a breathe of fresh air to see monty changing things up and moving forward. The trials industry is way behind in terms of technology compared to road/XC/down hill etc which have all seen the use of carbon fibre over the last 10 years. I cant wait to see one of these in action, imagine Dani Comas throwing one of them around at 6.7 kgs! Also the people saying how its going to break....get a clue and realise a bike like this is not meant for anyone other than Elite riders that are not going to be bashers learning to do drop gaps. Something like this is what pushes the sport even further.
  13. Come on everyone this is going to be sick! Good weather is on the horizon! Im in Dan!
  14. Right, have a slightly revised plan for the roadtrip seeing as most if not all of the riders interested are from way down south. So here goes.... Portsmouth/Southsea = saturday 23rd April Portland = Sunday and monday 24th/25th April Dartmoor = Tuesday 26th April Bristol = Wednesday 27th April Will be hoping to crash over on peoples floors for a couple of the nights if anyone is willing to help, failing that plan its gonna be holiday Inns This is a "More the merrier" Roadtrip so please get stuck in!
  15. yea c'mon the south! haha was awesome, really amazing set up would come again once it has had a move around
  16. looks immense Ryan, really loving the simple raw look.
  17. Good shout....portland is the main priority for me, have never been and looks like so much fun! Butcher....your shit! Cant even snowboard without popping your shoulder hahah mug
  18. sweeeeet! great days riding that was!
  19. So on this event its not even funny! Get on it lads!
  20. Sweet chaps, like i said dont worry about doing the whole trip but just pop along when every you can.....when the time is closer i will try to determine actual days and dates of where we will be! Wanna make this into a video too so bring some cameras!
  21. Hey there people, as im sure many of you are aware the combination of two Bank Holiday weekends and a royal wedding have provided us workers with some much needed time off. I have grabbed the opportunity with both hands and taken of 3 week days between the bank holidays and now have 11 days off work WHOOPA! I am planning on riding the following locations in that time; Portland Bristol Stoke (the roaches) Blackpool Gateshead 3sixty park and anywhere on the way! seeing as these places are at either ends of the UK im not sure what order to do them in.....or perhaps any amazing places i could go en route. Will be hoping to meet up with locals in each area or if anyone fancies coming along for the ride you are more than welcome (not in my car as its full already) The dates i plan to go between are; Friday 22 April to Monday 2 of May any comments or suggestions are welcome as this is the early stage of planning and nothing is set in stone Tom
