  10. nice thats a good idea, getting a fixed Hub yar and a freewheeling sprocket. i'm running 18 front and 16 back. i've got a full fat onza on the back at the moment and i'm thinking about just getting a whole wheel built. ACS Claws 16T DMR Revolver Non Disc Sapim Race 26" Revell Rear 26"
  11. i brought a Spec 1 T-rex as loads of people said you'll have to replace everything pretty quick because it dies. now i think the hubs about to explode, its just constantly slipping (which is going to kill me) so i need a new one and wondered what you guys use. i'd like to try the new trials hope beast but i' haven't really got that kinda of money i think i wanna get rear free hub, i'm going to be using single speed too. any ideas would be great cheers harry
  12. yeah i try stretches before i ride, what ones do you do? legs straight and touch your toes bend back while supporting lower back lay on your back and one by one bring your knees up to ur chest then try bringing both legs up at the same time also the physio told me that your pelvic muscles have a lot to do with supporting your lower back (tense the muscles that stop you pissing yourself lol) and tensing these muscles while riding is good (pretty hard thou, try doing them while laying down first) got most of the infomation from the physio cause my backs shit also hope this helps harry
  13. why water? huh? over heating? or am i confused?
  14. yeah man that would be sweet, i really wanna give it a go but don't want to bugger my rim up:P so loads of pics and vid's will help. just need to know how deep to grind, technics people use(angles and stuff) cheers people very helpfull

  18. hey just tried doin g my mates rims and its ok but i don't think were grinding enough. not really following a pattern, should we be?(btw we using a small angle grinder with the grinding disc) just wondered if anyone could give us some tips, Vids would be good if anyone has one. cheers harry sorry if this has already been posted
  19. yeah i had to get a new crank set like straight away. what you running then? stem wise? and gears? i'm now thinking of an Echo Hifi stem, 115mm with a 10 degree rise maybe some spacing too with some zoo flat bars maybe.
  20. hey a bit of the topic but what are the echo 07 rims like? whats the difference between them? sorry tohear about ur wheel problems. i got a full fast rear off super cycles and did the same! so i sent it back to them and they tighten it for free but i had to pay for postage. guess what.... that did nothing and with in 3-4 rides it was buggered again so dfid it my self its now staying pretty straight, thinki might be ovalling? it though lol good luck
  21. hey what bars were you using with your zoo stem? riser bars or flat? and what spacing did you have? i'm thinking maybe 25mm spacing then that CNC zoo stem with zoo riser bars. chars
