Hello everyone i have a double walled onza Pro series rim and was thinking of Filing the 2nd wall out to Square just like the 1st wall. I recon it would look rather good. How hard would it be ? What Tools ? Would it be to weak after ?

You can de-build the wheel but it will be annoying,but will make drilling alot easier. I would use a 6mm or a 7mm then go over with a bigger one to countersunk it that looks good. normal drill bits will be ok aswell. You can drill every hole with like a 4mm first so you get it correct then go over it. You could measure or just draw on the back of the rim where to drill. Is the wheel the £45 onesfrom tartybikes the basic ones ?

I had one of these frames there quite nice to ride. You should sand-blast it mine turned out really nice

Wow another great looking frame! They just dont stop bringing them out. I was annoyed for 1 minute though as i just got a Manus then they pull another disc frame out but its a magra its good

Barrow Farm is a really good venue. Its even better when we have a comp there because mick puts in so much effort. Theres not been one event there when its been boring even with 4 laps !
