  2. looks pretty nice...you actually going to make it? I'm making a frame for my a level project at the moment too. Do you want to see my ProDesktop model?
  3. mid bearings will fit your frame if its mid or american with a shim/spacer jobby
  4. what size bottom bracket shell does your frame have? (i'm guessing U.S.?)
  5. power bites are 22mm axels arent they? shit cranks that come on a dk will be 19mm?
  6. ah cool, would it be that simple? would it be best to just take 5mm from the non-drive side as the cassette clearene on the frame issue and nothing has to line up with the left hand side of the hub?
  7. do you have any idea what you're talking about whatsoever? ...didn't think so.
  8. i want to stick a hope mono hub in the rear of my road bike, only problem is its a racer so the hub spacing is 130mm and i dont fancy springing it an extra 5mm. So i put it to you, the people of trials forum : Can I make alter the spacing of a hope mono rear hub to 130mm?
  9. it's really going to be fine, have you seen how thick the steerer is on control forks? if i drilled it above the stem it would have made my stem far too low!
  10. yeah, what he said! sorry for the piss-poor photos, it was pitch black... this is what i did so i can get a couple of barspins and/or tailwhips...
  11. i cant get one of them because i have a smaller star nut...theyre echo control fork.
  12. i drilled a hole in the steerer tube of my forks below the stem, then cut a groove in my spacers so the cable can go in and roots down inside the steerer tube to my front disc. then i use a long linear slic cable for the back which i can get 3 complete rotations out of with the brake still working perfectly(avid ultimate) i can get footjam tailwhips to pedals, learnt them on a bmx and just transfered them to big wheels can get a pic of my home made front brake routing if anyone is interested?
