well so far 2 people on this thread have had tensiles and they've both broken, the diabolous from raceface has bent, but hit any piece of metal hard enough its gonna bend raceface for the win then see the conclusion??

yeah, most races are split now, i think only the very heavy duty ones are'nt, they are use old rigids, and apparently so i've been told its actually meant to be that way

the lower race is actually split so i might be able to lever down, the ridge seems more wider than on standard forks, i'll try it tomorrow

I dont know if they're meant to be like this but its highly doubtfull, i'm trying to fit these forks and this is the second headset i've tried but there is still a gap of about a centermeter, I cant push the lower race down anymore due to a ridge so if anyone has any ideas or comments that would be appreciated on how to fit these properly thanks

no, but i do think there was a lot of swearing after and a lot of sitting down writhing in pain waiting for the ambulance I broke my one of my toes last year and that was painfull enough, did'nt go to hospital though cause i'm hoord
