Glad this thread got bumped up Don't know if any of you on here are mountain bikers (im on the wrong forum for sure xD), but some of you may have heard of the videos 'Live to Ride'. Well I was watching their videos recently and found they didn't have a logo or identiti for the series/company so I thought why not get in contact and offer my services. So I did so and they were happy to give me a try, I had a few goes but they were to youthful as they wanted something sophisticated and quirky. And I then came up with this. I reckon it works well and am fairly pleased with it. What do you think? Yes, there is the thought of it being 'gay', 'queer' and 'homo' but I really think it isn't. When you live for something you have a passion for it. The thing that keeps you living as well as your brain, is your heart. There's my reasoning

Hey guys, First things first I apologies if this kind of thing isn't allowed on the forum so delete if necessary. Now, my friend Theo Mallet-Griffiths (not a TF member) is organising a charity skate which he will be doing in august 2011 if all goes to plan. He plans on skating from Killin in Scotland down the Portsmouth in around a month. Thats roughly 600 miles. The charity he is doing it for is undecided as of yet, but it should be confirmed within the next couple of weeks. It would be great if you could show him support, or even just simply join his facebook group. I know it would make him happy. Well i understand it having studied music tech. The idea and concept is cool, but as you say only those who know about the grooves will understand it. But thats not a bad thing as technically it looks appealing and then it just has the hidden meaning for those in the know.

This threads gotten awfully quiet again! An update from me to bump it up. I finally got a few of my CV's handed out so just waiting on responses now I took a picture of everything inside. All thats missing from the photo is the returning envelope and a little message about returning the CV. Larger version A friend of mine asked me the other day if it was possible for me to design him a more simple CV than my own but something that would again stand out from the rest. Heres what I came up with for him I reckon I achieved the purpose quite well and while handing them out he already had an awesome response to it. Larger version Larger version Larger version
