  8. Yer i agree with the lightest bikes, moving arms and legs also helps but if you have a lighter front then it will also help Ben

  10. pritty easily if you work it out properly, dont use a mech and make the chain tighter. it will work. Ive seen it done before in the main forum Ben
  11. Yerp good idea plate underneath would work fine Maybe you should just set the back wheel up like a mod Chaintensioner - Shorter chain Then your back wheel will be mech free Hope i have helped Ben
  12. That picture is great, as you can see all you need really is a chain tensioner customized and fitted to the back Ben
  13. Do the new echo brakes live up to there price ? They look nice and seem to have a more advanced spec, they have the same TPA adjustment to the Magura HS33 and neatly hidden away. The weight seems to be very light as well at only 311g per brake, including 4 bolt mounts. The magura is close at 315g per brake, including 4 bolt mounts. The magura was always the daddy of trials rim brakes. Has echo managed to knock it off its perch ? What you say ? The materials is also special fully CNC machined construction (not cast like other rim brakes) makes them super strong and stiff. Magura or Echo *** ? Ben
  14. Take it off, take links out and get chain tensioners that should work Ben
  15. Yer thats what happens, you need to get your balance correct. The right angle and basicaly PRATICE. You will fall off alot and you will flip you just need to carry on get back up and try again Ben

  17. True but abit back now there was a topic about removing paint. There is not that much of a need on a trials bike to remove the paint to make it lighter is there ? Ben

  20. Humm maybe try a long 20'' or a 24'' im finding it ok. Learning well and gettin great help of riders round cumbria I used to work in a bike shop thats why i have the knowlage Ben
  21. Not long bout a 2 weeks Im 6ft 4/5 and i ride a 20'' short frame i like the size but im hopefully getting a 26'' soon Try looking at 20'' there easy to use Ben
  22. Humm you should be ok with your currnet tyre/tube at the momment just try not to do any large drops dont do more that a foot if you get good at back hopping. Ben
  23. Erm look around you may be able to find a old onza t-bird/t-pro that is a 20'' look for a 05/06 model 300 quid max for a first bike, just to make sure u defo like trialing Ben
