i can see yourt point, but still dissagree with your original statement.

actually think about what you said then... what would actually be the point in making mods to be like stocks, if someone bought a mod with that in mind, would they not think hang on i'll just buy a stock and not something thats been made to be like one?... edit: back on topic.. long mod and short stock.

rear tentionn on my mod, anything breaking doin something big, but if you keeps your parts up to date that prob won't happen, and yea pinches of course everyone hates them.

use the disk in something soft like breeze block to sharpen it up, i use a £100 grinder and about an £8 ish disk never worn out and i use it ll the time at work.. A decent grinder makes a big difference imo

i think that happens to lots of people who are esctacy as well, back on topic though, yea decent clothing and lots of water sounds like a gd solution to me, plus i might want to get myself a bit fitter, i get knackered a lot quicker in the heat.

yea i felt really shaky when i got home, gonna take lots of bottled water with me when i next go out in this weather!

been out riding today and had to come home due to severe over heating, the weather seems to go from one extreme to the other, luckily i live right by the sea so can just jump in when it gets to much, not always convienient though. So i'm just wondering really how do you lot keep cool on days like these?

pads used: rock pads blue brake : magura hs 33, oil bleed, on ko km1 frame (intergrated booster) length of time used: 10hrs rim : 19" viz with a sharp fresh grind. other pads used: koxx browns, kool stops, blacks. review : awsome pads, the best i have ever used, although i havent use many. perfect hold and bite, couldn't ask for more. they are disgustingly loud as well which gets on my nerves, but it is reassuring i suppose 10/10

sharp grind with rock pads, mine are rediculously good on that set up, although the pads have barely worn in

i have a viz hub which uses fun bolts. My back wheel isn't even nearly staying in place, i go on to the back wheel and it just slides down, i'm not using any tensioners. I'm going to try snail cams, but which ones are better the echo ones with the notches or the viz ones with out, i'm pretty gutted as i just finnished my new bike today and can't ride it!

yes you can hop that height, but no you can't control the bike at that height.. so does it count?.. depends on you view.. gaining the height, or gaining the height and keeping control of the bike? I'm with the later
