  1. I think he means an 'up to front wheel'. Roll towards the wall and when your about 6 foot away, do a wheeile hop and land with your back wheel still on the floor and your front wheel about 6-12 inches away from the wall, this is a good way to preload for this move. Then give a powerfull kick to pop the front wheel up and over the ledge, keep your front break locked, and bring your back up, pushing the front wheel down. To keep it up on the front wheel your going to need to lean towards the bar with your front brake still locked and then quickly transfer your weight forwards and release the front brake, wheelswaping your bike to the backwheel. It's quite hard at first because you'll be automatically wanting to go to backwheel.
  2. Yip, he told me he uses coust material on the heatsink V backings :-
  3. Oh for you asses up there ^^ I need a new chain, it's almost 2 years old. Well if I can get hold of a narrow Kool I think I'll get that. The collapse sounds kinda shite to be honest, and I've never had a problem with my current Kool.
  4. At the mo I'm using a KMC Kool K710 (1/8, the fat one). I'm using this with a 16t Ti 'Burn bash, and it's worn down the bash so it fits fine now. I'm considering getting a KMC Kool K810 (the thin one) as it's lighter, narrower and just as strong. It will have more clearance too on the bash. I've also heard good things about the KHE Collapse, but I've heard that it's wider than a fat kool, which isn't good. So, bearing in mind I want to spend no more that a tenner.. I'm thinking of getting a narrow kool, or I might have to just get a fat one cause they seem more available. So can anyone shed any light on this about the widths etc, and usage with a Ti bash. Samm
  5. I can gap, up and bunnyhop on my 1020, 1050 and 1085. I can do all these things just as far, as high and as well it's just whether it's easier or not. The shorter the bike, the spinier it is. The longer the bike is, the easier it is to control. This doesn't mean to say you can't spin long bikes or control short bikes, it's mainly just down to personal preference. Sam
  6. Amber, with stylish black stickers :-
  7. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA YOUR MY WIFE NOWWWW League of gentlemen, respect.
  8. Tension your spokes? Just go round and tighten each one a quarter turn and see if that rectifys it? Should have kept the pitbull, BB rise sucks :-
  9. He's set to 'away' at the moment. He was cutting the grass, but I think hes finished lol.
  10. Yeah FSA do some good stuff, like the headsets. I have an orbit XLII and it's amazing, I'd never have a hope or king, its just a waist. The XLII is ally so nice n light, has sealed bearings, comes in many colours, light, strong, affordable at 30odd quid!
  11. Nope sorry. 1. Wrong colour freehub 2. Axle end is totaly differentt 3. Axle is silver >_<
  12. It's really annoying me lol, on the dark blue skin. It has like hardly any axle ends at all! Looks maybe like a shimano? >_<
  13. If you've got a nice hub it's great! It also looks cool with the wheel spining >_<
  14. Hmm well I might get annother one then. My one has been in an XTP, a Control and a toxsin. Hmm lol. Meh, it was free! Cheers Gaz >_<
  15. 02392 314812 I keep it on my phone >_<
  16. Looks fine. For extra style points, try to stay on the front wheel as long as possible by locking the front brake completely and landing at kind of an angle and pushing your thighs to the bars and holding it there for about 2 secs and then wheelswap it to backwheel and kick out >_< As Janson said, don't use your back brake till you wheelswap it. It sounds/looks cooler
  17. You have to backhop to the edge to do it >_< So boon to the edge and then on the last hop to the edge as you push down so your tyre folds round the lip you want to be compressed and have your pedal preloaded so that when you start to spring back up you can kick and flick out of it. I can do it this way about as far as I can when I power gap it (one to the edge and off)
  18. Bah easy  Ive been playing 8 years and am 16 >_<
  19. For a cheap begginer trials bike, yeah that looks cool. For a 'trials' bike that looks terrible. Pass.
  20. Dan Ko, http://www.trials-uk.co.uk, will also sort you out (Y)
