Well, I turned my old PC on and it said "system battery dead, replace and enter SETUP"... "Press F1 to continue.. F2 to enter setup"
I hit F1 to continue and it said "operating system not found"! Duh. So, restart and then hit F2, I set the primary boot to C then A, from A then C. and saved the changes, put in my XP disk, resarted and nothing happened. It just went back to "system battery dead, replace and enter SETUP"... "Press F1 to continue.. F2 to enter setup". Nice one.
So I went back into the setup and the changes hadn't been saved! I tried a few more times with still no luck.
I guess that the changes could not be saved once the PC is switched off because the battery is dead?
So yeah, helpage anyone? Or is it actually dead?
Don't know if this helps?;
Bill Gates give me my win95 back, it's mine!!
Smooooth, Sam.
