  1. www.tartybikes.co.uk Have a look at the range on there. The Onza Limey frame rides really well, and is quite short.
  2. I dunno what it is with ALL of you highland lads, but you're all stupidly good. You're progressing so fast, if you stick at it I think I'll keep an eye out in the future!
  3. Really good riding. One piece of advice though, work on balance on both wheels and just the rear. That's the only thing that may be letting your riding down.
  4. DO NOT get a short, if you're unsure what it is- ask for the wheelbase from the seller and put it on here and we'll tell you. If you get a long, you're sorted, they ride sooo nice.
  5. Why? your mom won't let you drive when it's dark?
  6. I was talking about Ben. That's why I said he managed "ok". haha
  7. Pads: TNN LGMs on a VERY light grind, or Rock Blues on a medium grind. I have TNNs at the moment but will be moving back to rock pads soon. Tyre: 2.35/2.5 High Roller, 42a, Dual ply. Winner.
  8. If that's the one I tihnk it is, it rides sooooo nice! Very nearly the nicest mod ever.
  9. You lads not at college? Kyle will be planning to go up a bit later, but you can meet me earlier at brum and we'll go to cov.
  10. Can't believe how good that vid is. It seems to have pleased everyone on here too. Nice work. Downloaded
  11. Pump 'em before I ride, let it out if I want less. Use a pump if I let too much out. I bet 90% of the people who've posted "Oh I run 9 PSI in the rear for rocks, that's such a small amount I can do it with my mouth" are bullshitting. You don't take that much notice of the numbers, you just pump it to where the gauge looks pretty.
  12. LOVE how he hit the ramp is the most perfect place so he slid down so cleanly.
  13. Hasn't he had at least 2 other frames since then? Really awesome riding even for then. He's a right beast now too.
  14. Keep the front maggie, get a grind from Tarty and you're onto a winner.
  15. He rides very much like you, VERY similar styles. Really good riding!
  16. Absolutely breath-taking vid, riding is just from another world.
  17. I voted for them all 'cause I can had to!
  18. Mine have lasted ME a year and a half, and they were second hand. Can't fault them at all!
  19. Well how many do you have? But jokes aside, yeah I spend waaay too much time on here, the majority of which is bashing n00bs. So no, I don't post shit in chit chat.
  20. I've always thought that Giro e2s look good on. Things like Giro Xens(I have one) look really large when on. Comfy though,
  21. Depends what rim really. If it's a XC type rim then no, they're too thin. If it's one of those Onza Undrilled ones then yes.
  22. If you wanna do TGSy stuff with bunnyhops and shit, and you dislike a short mod for it, don't get a 24". Get a short stock.
  23. Won't be white when you fall backwards, kill yourself and get blood all over it! haha Nar i joke, smooth rims are ace if the conditions are right. Bike's beautiful man!
