I can still control my smart home stuff when the internet goes down directly from the app.

    Oh yeah?

I use Hive. Broadband is Fibre TTP with a 4G backup.

The Hive system plugs straight into the router which causes problems if the internet connection ever goes down.

Fitted my new ceiling light, quite cheap but matches my white and wood vibe I’m going for. I’ve put a couple of smart bulbs in which I can control from my phone (brightness, warmth plus colours) or with Alexa if I wanted. I’m very pleased with it especially for the price :)

All well and good until the internet goes down one evening and you have to decide between 0% or 100% lighting.

Happened to us a while ago and was kind of annoying. Just thought I’d mention it before you stick a smart bulb in every light!

Won’t get too involved, will just say that I can see a scary lack of understanding of vaccinations on this thread.

    I still stand by this.

Watching Sam Pilgrim vids on YouTube is making me want to build a cheap dirt jump hardtail up. Don't need more bikes.......

    Agreed.

I watch Sam Pilgrim, Sam Reynolds, Seth (Berm Peak), Seth (Backyard Trail Builds) and Skills with Phil.

They all make me want to sell my house, move to the country and build dirt jumps in the back garden.

I feel like I’m starting to level up a bit and the contributing factor seems to be time and commitment.

    Funny that.

Keep it up, you’re looking good.

What's he done now? Last I heard he took a big break after trying to get American children to eat healthier and then his restaurants went bankrupt.

I just think he has a smug ‘holier than thou’ attitude when it comes to food.

Second the Alias - although I’d say the Alias and the Hex are both really good choices. I’d say it depends on whether you like big or little wheels - I enjoyed my Zebdi as a do it all bike and my Leeson 660.

Another vote for: Leeson Clear 660
