I’m gonna try make a just trials bike video sometime over the next few months but at the moment, I’m pretty sure you don’t want to watch me barely jumping up and down curbs Don’t worry Neil, they are old shoes, my nice new ones won’t be going near the bike / uni ! Hmmm might have to disagree there. I guess it’s harder to learn to ride it but, as far as trials goes, a unicycle is about as hard to jump on as a pogo stick. Defo at some point, Rich. I wouldn’t really be able to say if it’s helped as I don’t know how fast/slow I would be learning bike trials if I didn’t unicycle. It doesn’t feel like it’s helped much though, but that may just be cos I take ages to learn things. It's mainly just to control the speed. When the foot is scuffing on the tyre, it's called "gliding" and when nothing touches the tyre it's called "coasting". Gliding is easier than coasting, though I can do both. A couple of years ago, I had a pretty funny (read: painful) fall when coasting. Linkage. Amanda

Did a fair bit of overtime, but still only a Saturday kid so pay won't be too massive (as in, still less than £300 but beats the £90 I got paid this month...).

I can make it on the Sunday. I kind of just cancelled my Germany trip so I've that weekend free. I could probably do the Saturday if noone is up for the Sunday, as long as work don't find out I didn't actually leave the country ! Not that I actually have a bike.. but might bring half along. That's if this is still happening of course.
