  1. im gunna buy a new £20 wheel with a disc hub and a 10mm bolt axle. then if it breaks whats £20!! im only going to use the pegs to do smalll tricks with like fork glides so i doubt it will bend. thanks for the helps guys.
  2. does that mean i will have to replace the whole hub to a 10mm hub? the hub is an onza hub and yeah it must be sealed because there is no lock nuts or cones visible at all.
  3. front wheel. i searched but i couldnt find owt. basically i have a QR from axle and i want to change it to 10mm bolt through for stunt pegs. i take the sqewer out and then i am left with two washer things. once i remove these there is another washer and the axle left and nothing to remove the axle from!!! how do i remve the axle?? i can post pics if needed. also once i get the axle out,,,,will any old 10mm axle from the front of another bike fit it?? i think one axle is sealed (my one) and the one i want to take it from is not. any thoughts........
  4. lol, yeah might be the gay looking hair!! the bike sweet as a nut at the moment but iv'e got a fractured foot at the moment so i havent been riding since last week. by the way sorry about the terrible quality and editing!!! it was a 10 minute edit....
  5. i put my front hose down the fork tube so that it doesnt tangle when i do barspins and tailwhips. really useful because i broke my maggie hose from doing them!!! im the guy u met i hastings that time!!!!!
  6. heres my first vid, ive been riding for like 4 months and therefore my precision is crap and my style is a bit odd...... tell me what you think thanks,
  7. ive got a 24" onza zoot. with standard 24" forks. i always liked sus forks but now im used to not having them. surely having 26" forks on a 24" will mess up the geo!!!! if its sold with 24" forks why would putting 26" ones on correct it?? having sus forks does help when droping of stuff. especially when you wheeling exit something, with rigid forks its really harsh when you land, suspension forks are much smoother.
  8. i'd be worried that they would be too weak......any other ideas?? i was thinking of using the other small hole at the bottom of the forks that i think is there for stablisers on kids bikes or something?? the hole is small but i may be able to adapt it on some way....
  9. i do a lot of street riding. and i want to learn tricks such as the fork glide. to do this i need a front stunt peg (only one) i need to find out the easiest way to attach one to my bike. i do not really want to replace my front axle to a bmx size one in order to attach a stunt peg. should i drill through the lower part of the fork leg in order to put a bolt through, and then attach the peg on the other size?? i really need some opinions on this so any help would be appreciated. thanks.
  10. i began doing wheelies and bunyhops and then i decided that i just came on from there. i love streety trials, sort of a cross between trials, street bmx and flatland bmx....but on a 24" trials bke.
  11. ive never had much major. once i wanted to see what happened if you pedal hoped forwards and didnt lock your back brake up again (this was just after i learned to pedalhop). obviously i went straight off the back. my mate olly was riding my bike down our hill on 6/6/06 ...... and he rode into the side of a car that was pulling out and went straight over it. they checked he was ok and then just drove off. later they got sued. haaa suckers.
  12. get some loctite on all of the bolts!!!! my bb7 kept coming loose and that was the problem. same with my front wheel bolts, i was doing some fancy tricks the other day and my wheel just fell off!! so yeah get some loctite and dont overtightn the bolts.
  13. yeah man im in orpington atm. my girlfriend lives here. i may be able to ride a few times, i also go to/through tonbrige/tunbridge wells and hastings a lot as well. u got msn??
  14. running 2 cables down your fork tube is pointless and a waste of time. ive got my front disc hose running down my fork tube so that i can do flatland tailwhips. it still tangles your rear brake hose after doing 2 in a row. (i snapped my maggie hose when doin a tailhip, thats why i put my hose down the fork tube.) it looks sweet and works fine. i had to drill my forks in order to allow the cable to come out of the forks. i will post some pictures tonight.
  15. the same crappy hoody, worn out skate shoes and any old jeans. i always end up with dirt patches if i wear my nice expensive clothes so i stick to the crap stuff lol
  16. Q:::: whoa, that incredible what you just did? do it again!!! A:::: u mean hop onto that curb??!!! lol usually old biddies to be honest
  17. remember to only use one finger on the brake lever. most important thing to learn when to release and re-apply the brake. then with time you will learn to kick as well. it just takes time really.
  18. i live in hawkhurst, and i come through tonbridge quite a lot because my girlfriend goes to college there, and she lives in orpington. i ride hastings a lot......... wat do u ride??
  19. yeah i tightened the crap out of it and if i did any more i would snap the mech hanger off. also it gradually becomes more slack, when i try and push it back down its still tight so i cant push it down again without undoing the bolt first. good idea about the cable tie, im goin to try that.
  20. i have an onza singlespeed bike. the problem is that the tensioner (onza tensioner) keeps coming loose or something and slackiong my chain. the tenisoner is not spring loaded and has one of those orange rollers. after about 3 hours riding the chain becomes really loose, REALLY LOOSE....slowly but surely it gets looser. it ataches to the mech hanger and the rear skewer bolt. i tighten the shit outa it but still it comes loose. whats its problem?? im goin to buy a spring loaded tensioner if i cant fix this, any ideas how to stop it slacking?? cheers
  21. i got a 24" its lush. my name is also tris......nice one mate, tris
  22. type in ' onza zoot '. the item number is 190195831962 if that helps. good luck mate.....
  23. i just bought it on ebay for £200, and all the things that people say are bad about the standard ones have been replaced, like the stem, handlebars, cranks, gears etc. It feels really nice to ride and after riding a 26" piece of rubbish for ages i think it is such an improvement. front wheel stuff is so easy like 180 endos and flatland whips and rear wheel stuf is 100 tomes easier than anything else ive ever ridden. im really street orientated and i do like stylish moves and it takes it really well. the only drawback is that my maggie front hose snapped after trying to do 2 flatland tailwhips in a row (forgeting to turn the bars back!!!). so i only have a rear brake atm. overall i would say an awesome first bike, wheelsize is perfect....light. and theres one on ebay at but at £250...... cyaz
  24. r u queer or something mate, tur that seat the other way roound"!!!!!!!!!!
  25. i just got an onza zoot. cant compare it to anything because its my first trials bike, but its awesome
