I think heating it or cooling would be very bad idea to be honest if you have this rocket whack it in and give it all you got with a hammer.

Seems alot of money to just remove headset cup if your gunna go tool method id try going to bikes shops and asking.

Tensile is sweet and its really cheap i dunno about Try-alls heard alot about them skipping alot, id probably say ENO is the best not only it got high engagements but u can replace individual parts.

The frame is 300g heavyer than DOB i cant wait to get my rulong as ures looks so sweat:)

Thanks guys im gunna be running the hope mono mini with the matching rotor 160m on back and a2z tepannyaki front rotor 180mm with bb7:) Thanks again for all help.

Fair enough that Adam ill have to see maybe ill be able to try someones bike on a ride with 203mm disk.

If i decide i dont like dual disk can easyly go back to maggy it has both mounts on the frame:)

Its only slightly to be honest with me but its not like ull ever see it.

You wont touch the frame and im on about inside the frame u wouldnt scratch anything ive done in twice and it didnt scratch any part of it.

Stick a screw driver non phillips head on it and evenly moving it around the cup hit it with hammer it will come out that hitting it from inside the frame hope this helps you it worked for me, it wont break anything just will pry it out.

Hey guys since im going to dual disk i got a rear hope mono mini and was wondering if 160mm rotor will be enough or will it slip can anyone enlighten me please? Thanks Tom

Itll be DDR2 you probably want and extra gig to put your total to 2gig. What id do is take to your local PC guy and ask for an extra gig
