Yes, spinny moves put a lot of sideways stress on the wheels when you land, especially if you are unsmooth. Seeing as wheels are designed to take vertical stress rather than horizontal stress this causes them to buckle. If you use 26 inch wheels they tend to bend very easily aswell.

I got validated in the first couple of hours. Just write long posts that are helpful and have a decent level of grammar.

First learn how to spell, then get some good pads, try using some hairspray on the rim, it is not as sharp as tar but is great for the front. What pads are you using at the moment?

I will still ride when it rains, you just tend to fall off alot if you still hop onto metal rails.

Wasn't really recommending the use of anything, just stating that wd40 and white spirit would be a bad idea for lubrication.

white spirit is an alcoholic substance so will basically just be a degreaser. wd40 also is not a form of grease and if used will only keep the system lubricated for around 30 seconds. Use either teflon grease or thick chain lube/wax.

These freewheels are non-servicable and if it is the new model it will have a welded lock ring. Are you sure you are not mistaking the huge amount of engagements with a rough sound. If you really think the inside needs a clean you could always spray it with degreaser, leave it for a while, then wash it with water and fill it with loads of lubricant (allow some time for it to soak in).
