  10. Me and Danny are off to bed now. We're coming to this ride from Stoke-On-Trent, going to Winchester station, then back to my house, to drop off some stuff, then from Eastleigh train station to Southamton Central. Hope to arrive arround 11:30, but we might be abit late. If we're not there by 12:00, one of the lads with either of our numbers, give us a ring. P.s - There should be a few other riders there who are not named, also some BMX lads who are waiting for us See you in the morning. -Hannah & Danny-
  11. To take the bike into town would take me a good hour, not only that I've got to pay for other things, wheel needs to be sorted before 6am tomorrow morning. Got no time. Got no money.
  12. I once had a missing msn file which was preventing me from signing in... (But then I have corrupted my OS many a time...) I'd just try uninstalling it then reinstalling. Meh, msn is gay.
  13. So you only do a quarter turn on the last 2 spokes either side of the egg, no matter on the size of the egg? All the rest half turn?
  14. On the section of spokes I need to loosen how many turns should I loosen them by?
  15. 1 turn, 1 turn, half turn, half turn. However once the spokes felt tighter, three half turns on each...
  16. Basically, the wheel is 'egged' as you're saying, where it is egged, the rim drops below the brake pad level, so in theory, would loosening the tension/spokes in that area and then tightening on the opposite side, pull the wheel back into place. p.s - The rim was not egged before building, however it is a second hand rim.
  17. The wheel had been laced correctly, ie. correct spoke pattern, when tensioning three full turns were done on each spoke. Never had this problem before...
  18. What do you mean by wide and short side? Are you trying to say where the rim drops below brake pad level...that's where I need to loosen?
  19. Hey, posting on behalf of another rider. Just a built a wheel, the rim was not flatspotted beforehand however now it's been built there's a relitivley large flatspot that's about half of the wheel in circumference. How can it be sorted out via adjusting the spoke tension? -Hannah.
  20. Possible to claim on house insurance? Classed as a break-in i think...
  21. Msn was never alive in the first place. What do you mean it 'died'?
