hi, found out a while ago and was going to post but have just been reminded by 'caleb_bohen' .that there is a file that, if opened the person that sent the file can then access your password for your msn. the file is 150 KB in size and has a wierd file type....the person sending can call it what they want... fooling people into accepting the file.. just fort id let peeps no james really pisses me off..... btw about claeb..it was a missunderstanding it automatically forwards it to all ur contacts and now calebs sound has gone

as confused as i am...ill try and help anyway... you could cable tei ur seat to the top tube of your frame, the rails once fitted over the seat tube bit that sticks out ...will stop the seat from rolling round the frame

rite i have a nokia 6230 and i want to put music (mp3) on my phone. i have the data cable and the software, all downloaded but on the nokia audio manager, it says that the phone connected is no compatiable or reconized or something....i have formated the memory card and tried everything....has anyone else been in this positioon and how ddi they tackle it.. cheers james

thats what i read on a site....trialsinusa.com....it was talking about echo trak cogs having closer threads.....copy: 12 tooth are the standard for the rear of front freewheel mod bikes. If you are using front freewheel cranks, but want to use cassette type rear hub then the 18 tooth is the choice for you. Always grease the threads (preferably lithium grease) before installing. Also, if you are looking at another brand of cog (like off the shelf track cogs) MAKE SURE there are plenty of threads! We have seen more than one stripped crank and hub due to sprockets not having enough threads to handle the force of of trials riders.. ??? :o

yer but i think the specific trials ones have more threads closer together, this will stop the pressure from trialsin rippin the thread from the cog or something else :o .
