I've handed in my CV at the Halfords near me, I know quite a few people that work at this particular one and although they say it is diabolical, they do have a laugh in general.

I'm sat in my kitchen in halls trying to finish a project, unfortunately I'm being distracted by the internet and am getting nowhere. Only got 7 days to finish it and I started it yesterday. Oops.

Just to add another +1 to you'll be fine. Me and my flat mates have had countless people to stay it's fine, at the end of the day you're paying for the accommodation and within reason, can do what you like with it. You will be fine with an amp, I've got a 30watt Marshall guitar amplifier and it's all good.

I assume you have enough time to write in proper English though? At a glance, I would say thats the biggest reason you have not been made a full member.

From the looks of your posting, you haven't been made a member because you haven't met the basic guidelines. Trying to sell stuff here is only going to annoy the mods.

I wouldn't worry too much about them, they are built up far too much by the schools, have to remember they want you to do well so the school looks good. I'm just finishing my first year at university and not once have my GCSE's come in handy, you need them to get into college and thats about it. 5 C grades is all you need, can do anything with that, just aim to have a couple of core subjects included in that 5. ***Disclaimer*** I hold no responsibility if you just get 5 C grades and find you can't do what you want to do, this is only from my experience.

Hi Jon I'm looking to be spending anything up to £350, obviously it won't be my money, but the money I am borrowing for educational purposes haha. Unfortunately I won't be getting any more student loans through until October, so it's going to be a bit of a wait unless I get very lucky for my birthday in a months time. I think I'm going for a 26" stock, you'll have to excuse my ignorance but I really don't know anymore than that! Thanks for the info!
