if i was you i would go for a sprung tensioner i dont trust fixed tensioners and never had a problem with a sprung tensioner also if your gear ratio has a 15 tooth or smaller cog on the rear you should use a tensioner with 2 jocky wheels

hey if you go on ebay and get some jb weld and stick your bb in with that it will stay in for good make sure you get a good quality bb though because if you put a not so good quality one in and it packs up you aint gonna get it out again

if your upgradeing your brakes i would go for hs33 on the back and a avid bb7 for the front

hey i think stock is the way forward mainly because in 7 years of riding i have always ridden stock and never owned a mod . mods feel weird and to small whenever i have had a go on one
