insulating on the inside is likely to be pretty ineffective, although pictures/a drawing showing which bits are cold or outside walls etc might help. And also it’s something the landlord should really fix.
Having rented for 12 years either that is not the case or its a law no body pays attention to.

I got a warranty Ragley piglet frame after bending mine and i'm not in to the colour so looking flog and change out for something else, not sure what though, any suggestions?

They are hella slack, they were originally "Made" by the c**ts at sick bike, who basically robbed everyone and planet x snapped up their stock.

All was going well.
Mortgage application signed for, finally getting some good news, found out today the life insurance people wont take us on as the mrs is due an MRI, still yet to find out what sort of knock on affect this will have on the mortgage process, we have both decided if this falls to shit again were just going to rent again and sack it off for another year. had quite enough now. -

So early this year, (jan 13th) i started the whole leather thing, which i love and will continue to do, but i fancy another challenge so have decided to give 3d design a whirl after finding out that blender (popular and very capable software) is completely free, not sure how this will go, it could be a spur of the moment idea as i have ten days of free time over xmas and once work kicks in ill go back to hating every weekday.

Joacim is such a great rider, his transition from massive insane competitive UCI riding to throwing bikes around skate parks and street is flawless his combination of both is fantastic, reminds me of that old video from kenny years ago.

Also in hindsight the previous vendor out of nowhere did say "dont worry there are no ghosts" which was a bit of an eyebrow raiser at the time haha

We fell in love with a weird ex monastery, but after dancing with 4 lenders, none of them are happy to lend on as its old and next to a main road.. sucks as it was so dam unique, we have had to rein it in and look a more "conventional" house that we will have to make weird on our own haha

had an offer accepted a beautiful little townhouse, luckily the vendor found a property with no chain right away and wants to be done and dusted by xmas!
were about 10 days in now just playing the waiting game with paper work and stuff at the moment

Solicitor called me to return a call, despite us already speaking on friday( after i had to call them) after i asked her to call me back on tuesday.
so not only did she not call me back, she then forgot we spoke on friday.
f**k my f**king solicitor you c**ts.
