Second jab has f**ked me.
It's like I've spent the night being hit with a thousand tiny hammers.

Tom Ohlers new Redbull video is enjoyable, always liked his techy riding, like a more organized Chris Akrigg, plus his Liteville looks beautiful, I would like one.
And plenty of gratuitous Austrian/Redbull/tongue in cheek as expected.

Front wheel was useful for more than just bashing into stuff.
You take that back and be proud of your roots!

Modern Tv is f**king weird, anything on CH4 is a disgrace, I forgot what it's called, but people stand in tubes and show their dicks to someone to determine whether or not they get a date.
Goggle box, what in the f**k is that about, watching people watch TV? I remember why I unplugged my aerial now, godbless netflix

I was so puzzled where that story was going to end up

I'm in Bootle but I'm not much of a rider any more. Could be tempted to get out though.
Get that coust dusted off, I'll convince Phil to build me and him some bikes.

Think you may be reading a little too much into that there...
Anyway, he's posted a clip from Brendan Fairclough showing him ride legs akimbo into it. Doesn't look like a huge amount of fun, although still hard to work out how it actually hit him that hard. Worth sticking around to the end of the clip for the "He got a pole in the dick" report...

Seemed a decent race in the end, glad Brosnan got it done. It'll be interesting seeing how everyone's riding on a slightly more consistent track.
Full Story here, turns out it much MUCH worse than it looked
"Hey everyone, just a quick update on what happened to me today.
Everything was coming together nicely, I was really happy with the track and was enjoying riding the steep mud sections. Then the drama came.
I went out of the track on a fast section about 30 seconds into the track. I was trying find some more speed somewhere else than in the wood and simply rode into a pole. I had probably done this a thousand times in the last 16 years that I have been racing World Cups. Normally I just bounce off and keep going.
This time it was a bit different. The pole came back and whipped straight between my legs. It hit me with an unbelievable amount of pain. I still managed to ride my bike quite well down to the bottom of the track, but when I got to the pit the pain got really bad. We had a check down my trousers and there was lots of blood and some spare parts were hanging out that should have been tucked away safely. I needed to get to a hospital urgently.
The doctors performed emergency surgery to save them and get them back in place and to save the chance to have children… The surgery was a success and the boys are back where they should be.
I will need to wait and see what this experience has actually done to me emotionally as I was very close to losing them… This is the first time I have needed surgery without actually crashing on my bike and it has been a scary experience.
I will keep the updates coming regarding my situation over the next few days, and let everyone know about my recovery when I have more information.—Florent Payet -

Hopefully Tahnee doesn't go balls out and fudge herself in the first race, and it would be really nice to see danny hart do well after mondraker basically dropped him out of know where

postsneedles at c. 2.14. Thankfully the wee parrot / mini me was out of earshot...Edit: I'd actually like to see someone make a proper edit of Charlie on the streets doing Charlie stuff, but where he plans the line / the camera man knows where he is going rather than (seemingly) making it up as he goes

If Katy Winton, hasn't already started a Patreon, she should definitely get it done with the deep content she is putting out.
She got taken on by Nukeproof in the end, so it's all good. but must be super worrying know that as you get older your window potentially closes for any employment

So they don't appear to have that same video available any more, I think they've paywalled it. They do a similar-ish one that you have to do an email sign up for which seems to take you to this which is similar, but more recent (and bizarrely filmed like shit, considering the original one was just on a tripod and worked really well...).
That's more of a follow-along type thing, but they also discuss the individual components of it here from around 1:25 onwards:
As I mentioned before, it's really basic, but I found that it gave me a surprising amount of benefit. Being simple also means it's easier to just get it done with/without the video.
I don't do it every day any more, but I do still do some of the individual bits during the day if I feel like I need them in particular. The "dancers circle" thing seems to work well for my back when I make sure I do it with proper form, although to be fair the cat/cow and "reach for the sky" thing do quite a bit too. As before, they're really basic but they just work. If you're not great at forming new habits/routines, it's a good place to start.
Finally got on to this @Mark W and surprisingly struggled with quite a lot of it, did some digging and found this video that worked quite well.
and you're right after only two days I do feel much better after doing it.
