  1. enjoyed that a lot. hammering it about between the spots seem to make the video flow a lot nicer. and well the dog was a legend!
  2. I made a set of springs out of hack saw blades after mine had snapped. Get a set of hack saw blades (I used halfords own ones as there soft enough to drill, the thickets ones for the most spring) snap them to length drill the holes out (I tape them together to make sure the holes line up spot on) keep the blades cool as you drill them drill them nice and slow going up in small stages and expect to kill a copuple of drill bits if you make a few! they snap if you land on them hard but there cheap as to replace that way.
  3. I've ran the old one for a while now and its been awsome powerful as you like and no hassel. a friend recently got the new one and hes had trouble with the pads sticking and the wheel side adjustment wheel fell off for no reason. another friend has brought the newer one with no problems and its been just as good as the old one.
  4. looks smart. easy to use and interesting. I like the way you broke the products category up as well. Some really nice looking part being made now as well.
  5. I might be interested in the Saturday?!
  6. put me down as a possible I'm keen on going somewhere further afield though like ...Nottingham? think some people might be heading to mat lock im just a bit bored of Loughborough at the moment. maybe bunny? basicaly put me down as a maybe and if Nottingham or somewhere like that is a possibility I will go there i think.
  7. Try going out with music just on your own for about an hour or 2. I find if i ride for to long on my own I start to get annoyed at how I'm riding maybe do it when your a little stressed so you come back feeling good? Try and meet up with people a bit further away on the weekends? watch videos!!!!! something that makes u remember why riding is so much fun!
  8. i don't rlly have fat mike or steve-o's number ill ask peter and that lot. I'm only a maybe at the moment ill let you know Andrew
  9. If your going Andrew give me a shout i might be keen.
  10. I thought the easter bunny hop format sounded good and more fun for the riders maybe not the crowd though.
  11. this might be helpful to compare to other gear ratios you have run. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....p;#entry1725454 when u get the file just fill in the cells with a bold title above them I'm pretty sure it works.

    Pad Advice.

iv found koxx bloxx browns quite and quite powerful on a worn grind I can imagen them being alright on a smooth rim and lasting a life time.
  13. I started on a 26" and wish i had gone 20" to start with if your a big fella you might well be better of on a 26". try and meet up with some riders and have a go better that that trow money down the drain.
  14. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=75 I just measure a MOE BB to be 15mm so any M15 should do assuming that it is ISIS and that this BB is a MOE I got it with a frame so unsure. Might be worth a trip to the local bike shop if your not sure. normally BB bolts are M12 or M15 for ISIS so just measure the inside diameter or your axle and your well away. bendy
  15. that is big! I cant see it damaging your forks at all as ash said I would guess the wheel would just increase the torque going through the forks. the tyre would soak some of the force up as the acceleration would be slower but I don't think it would kill your forks. Iv never been able to get very high on pigeons cant seem to find any spring in me.
  16. Iv been having the same trouble I emailed steve a while ago and he said hes been busy. heard that a lot of people before have had large delays. I wouldn't worrie that there not comming yet. You can cancel you Pay pal payment if need be. bendy
  17. Iv not ridden pompy in ages but i do like reading ill be well keen if the weather is good.
  18. liked that video a lot. must be so scary riding with out a rear break looked nice and smooth though. where abouts was that spot it looked great?!
  19. hammerite do a proper remover so do some other company's. I find WD40 helps but it wont get rid of the rust. If you are going to buy a proper rust remover you may well be better off getting new bolts. tartybikes sell quite a wide selection but if your lucky enough to have a fastener shop near you I would go there.

no think its about 38 its the angle makes it look around 44.
  21. I always used to run Castrol LHM but i run water now find it far better and had no problems since i have been running it (well over a year now.) apart from freezing. to stop it freezing i just use a little bit of windscreen wash in the mix. I have heard of people putting anti-freeze in and it damaging the seals over time though. bendy
  22. hair spray under them. (using a screw driver etc. to lift them) then twist them off if they have the ends that cover the hole in the bar you can use a football pump fitting and block the opposite side. Blowing down the bar with the other end blocked works for some grips as well.
  23. bunny tomorrow any one? i know its a little late to be posting but worth a go. (won't be there if the weather is bad.) bendy
  24. Me, Flip, Josh (jel), Peter (Petrum) are off to Leicester tomorrow we should get there about 11.30. If you need my number or want to ride its:07894474195
  25. you can forge a massive range of shapes (admitedly not hollow so tubes are out) but sections as long and as thin as the tubes used in bike frames are possible to forge (look at the thickness of a crank shaft in compassision to its length.)
