    Good Bmx ?

Im wanting a bmx street bike, I can do a fue things on a bmx, e.g fakie. My budget is £350 so I think I should be able to get a fairly decent one. Im 15 and my weight is around 10 and a half stone. My thoughts are towards this : http://www.winstanleysbmx.com/product/2531...eason_Bike_2010 What do you think ? If you have any other bikes that are good for £350 could you let me know ? thanks.
  6. I emailed him to asking shipping costs, he didn't seem very interested to be honist, I asked how much it would be to post a 09 Gu Le frame and he just emailed me back saying 80 cad pastage, no info or anything, wandering weather to try risking it or not, what you think ?
  7. Your like an elephant riding that bike mate, i enjoyed your riding though mate, il be looking forward to future vids on a bigger bike.
  8. +1 I agree to be honist but then when your a new member you don't know where to look to find out and there won't be as many topics in the NMC. But you are right there are to many of them, I don't think people use the serch enough.
  9. Take off your crank arms, put grease on the axle and put back on and they should be working fine.
  10. To be honist you should have read that they said they were closed, i even saw that they were and wern't buying from them. You might not be trying to but don't give tarty a bad name, everyone now's there the best trials shop and i would rely on them for anything.
  11. I found mine worked nicely, I had mine on a dead grind an they worked fine, good bite and hold, although there wasn't much noise from them. They would be even better on a light grind i gess. I say there good though.
  12. Just use it an get use to it, the muscles in your leg will soon adapt to it, just like when you first start to use one finger breaking, they get stronger.
  13. Maby try the echo stem, there more common.
  14. Anything apart from the crappy Magura ones lol, take a glance through tarty, but you would pick up a good second hand one for half the money in the For Sale section.
  15. Hold on, you actualy rode a trials bike an your acting like a complete idiot about it. You can tell your one of those chavs who got a bike just because he saw someone doing tricks on there bike. You didn't manage to do anything on your bike so you decide to come on here and say how rubbish it is just because your useless and can't be bothered to have a decent hobby. I feel deaply sorry for you. Good luck in life.
  16. I like the bike lol, I just want to know do you actualy feel the diferance with cnc backings from normal backings ? thanks.
  17. I didn't Pm you lol, I put a post up around a month ago saying basicaly the same thing.
  18. +1 you told me how to do this to mine an it works perfectly now , i just sanded it slightly a fue times (by hand with normal sand paper) till i was happy with it poped it back in and has worked perfect ever since. Thanks for helping me mate.
  19. I have the same cams an i think i know what your problem is, when you turn the cam to gain tension make sure they are flat against the frame part. Otherwise if there is a space between the frame and the cam, when you ride it will move. Hope this helps.
  20. An angle grinder is how i do it, I wouldn't think a dremel would work to be honest. Are you planning on grinding your rims then ? If so what pads are you running ?
  21. Grind Is when you grind the side of the rim to make a ruff surface to gain better hold and bite for your brake pads. The braking is alot sharper and stronger so most riders prefur to do this.( they also don't slip in the wet unlike smooth rims) Smooth Is when you just have a smooth rim, like on a normal bike wheel. Different pads work on ground and smooth rims. Hope this can come to some help. George.
