  2. Now then. I am well on my way to being a competent rear wheel hopper. Although I am finding it a real struggle to turn whilst i am hopping. Please can you help me with this? Cheers
  3. If you are using V brakes then you can only fit a 2 bolt booster anyway. Get the best you can. A 4 bolt booster is going to be a lot stiffer than a 2 bolt one
  4. Why don't you contact the relevant governing bodies and have a chat with them or talk to the local council? Or something like that.

  8. Depends on the topics too. Some people don't reply to threads if they don't find them interesting.
  9. CORRECT trials also works yor back muscles as well as your arms. You could try working your back by doing wide grip pull ups. I worked out solidly for 2 years and went from pushing 30 kg on my legs to over 260 kg and upto 120kg with my back. But i am still not great at trials. It is most definately technique that you should work on. Getting big muscles actually will start to hinder you at some stage. Work on your technique and keep riding. You will get better.
  10. cool. Hope you enjoy riding it. Post some pics when you get it back home.

  15. I am currently using Cane creek direct curve 3 with the pads that were supplied. What pads would you recommend?
  16. Hello I have just watched a video about grinding rims. Does this help when using V brakes? I have bought a brake booster, Can you recommend anything else to help my v brakes work better? Eventually I will upgrade to a disc or hydraulic rim brake this, however is when i have the money. Cheers
  17. Hey Guys and Girls I am just learning to do pedal kicks at the moment, and was wondering what the biggest pedal kick gap is that you have done? Also how long did it take you to get that far with your pedal kicks?
  18. I use Sunline on my xc bike and they are great. I also use the same ones on my trials bike and although a little chunky they are still great and grippy too. Hope this helps
  19. Don't be so harsh. Everyone starts somewhere.
  20. Sorry. What has this got to do with trials?
  21. No buying or selling is allowed is the new members chat section. You wont get validated either if you try to buy or sell here.
  22. Hey mate. I would start with something cheaper, You are probably going to end up scratching it and denting it so best not to spend too much. I have been a mountain bike rider/racer for a long time and i would recommend a stock (26"). tartybikes.co.uk have some great bikes. tarty bikes here is a link to a fairly nice beginners bike. Good luck mate.
  23. I listen to Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman. Check them out.
