  1. Looks very proffesional!! Stan and Ali are working for you now!?
  2. HAHAHAHAHAHA nice!! I was going to go ape shit on your ass and try and defend 20" bike but then I relised I don't care about your opinion and most of the forum won't either.
  3. Looks nice, i think i'll go for a silver one next time. Take those spacers out 221's run better with a lower bar setup.
  4. Thats quite a motivation to got yourself on the podium
  5. Yes I had this a while a go turned out it was a little virus, can't remember it's name but got the patch and it was fine. Not much help really.
  6. Then there is not point buying it as it would be an inferior brake to say a Hope which has amazing power with on a 160 rotor. Get a Hope, better quality, amazing feel and MADE IN ENGLAND!!
  7. 224mm rotor would be rubish for trials! Way to much power, no need for it.
  8. Intresting debate this. Just like to add that the column is far safer than is though due to the way the steering wheel is mounted, the angle of the column and the weakness of the joint at the bottem the worse that will happen is that you get a steering wheel in the face (although this could still cause death) but it's not going to stick through your chest. Just like to also add that yes Minis are not safest thing on the road, this is from some one who works in a Mini garage for a family businness that has been going for over 27 years. We know the dangers but we also know why and 99% of the time it is driver error. My daily driver is a Skoda Felicia pickup, it has a nice air bag and abs, I have a 1996 Mini Cooper with an air bag with better brakes than the skoda and a 1963 Mini van tht runs on drums and will hit a ton if needs be. They all have there time and place and I think thats the big thing that everyone needs to remember. Oh and chicks dig Minis
  9. So does polishing if you want to get technical. I would continue using P800 and then P1200 before moving onto a liquid abrasive. I've always found Autosol the best for this sort of thing. If you clean with alloy wheel cleaner afterwards it will come out gleaming.
  10. Look nice but not much adjustment. Does anyone remember the bright silver and orange avid ultimates! legend
  11. Going up saturday night after I ride the South West trial at our place. Me and Joe are staying near Preston, i think
  12. Ran for 6 months no problem.
  13. Thats all well and good saying they are not safe cars and by todays standerds, they're not, but some moron can still hit you at 50 and kill you! Not all Minis have drums. Metro's are not horrid they are very well put together practical first cars. Not trying to be arsey but I work in a Mini garage (Mintec Mini Spares) and have fore nearly 5 years now and they are far safer than people think, It's the nutter behind the wheel who causes most of the problems. And that is the case with any car.
  14. I don't think there is a single club or Championship in the Uk now that asks riders to run gears. Thats including the British Championship. www.ukbiketrial.co.uk for more competition information.
  15. Bit harsh, they are real i've seen them and yes they are free. Agreed they are taking far to long to sort them but still there is a lot of poeple slagging off two lads who don't really deserve it.
  16. How long have you been running the new chain? You normally need a bed in time, go ride some XC
  17. You mean the Zoo which was a copy of a Coust
  18. Nice, I put my 3 year old brother on top of it and got a right shouting at.
  19. Nice vid very chilled, San Fracisisco is such a cool but weird place. Went there 3 years ago for amonth and was stunned by the amount of different people there. Still to this very day don't know why I didn't take my bike Did you see the gorrilla?
  20. I voted yes as in go for V's think thats right poll is a little confusing A decent V locks better and feels lighter on the finger than a Maggy, they work very well backwards. Just make sure you get a decent setup or you might aswell not bother
