  1. Most of you must know the answer to thiss?
  2. Yes i do know i will need another freewheel, i was just wondering if the echo sl will fit straight onto the onza or if i'll need to buy any different parts so that it does?
  3. Pretty good imo. Some really good riding and the whole feel of the video was flowing. Just the song let it down a bit for me, i hate that type of music used in trials vids
  4. Just have a few things i'd like to get cleared up. I have enough money now to buy the bike i want, an onza pro 2010. But then i'll have about 60 quid left over, i was wondering is it worth buying an Echo SL as the onza comes with a tensile which i have already promised i'll sell to my mate as he managed to f**k his after 10 months of riding it the other day. And also, it's obviously not worth buying if it will not just fit straight onto the onza so that is my other question, will it? Cheers,
  5. Well if you're seriously gonna' use the 'how loud policy' to decide on which one to buy then i guess either one of the Echo's would be your best bet. The SL i guess is louder than the TR? but they both will overpower a tensile easily?
  6. Very good video, nice editing and some great riding. I found it really enjoyable to watch
  7. No, no it's not. And i would have to say, out of every 24" bike, i would most like to own either a Fourplay team, or spec 3 and out of every mod, i would most like to own a Rockman Akali
  8. Good video, an enjoyable watch I like your riding style mate, it's a little bit different
  9. Well longer bikes are more suited to TGS stuff (like what you are interested in). Shorter bikes tend to be more orientated towards the natural side of trials (like riding rocks), or are comp bikes. I voted long btw
  10. Thats kinda weird and looks totally shitty, but at the same time;
  11. I'd go for the Trialtech personally, wouldn't trust the strength of Neon parts.
  12. Strange ..that was the first TGS video i've actually enjoyed, and f**k me it was big,
  13. Erm it's not actually, sorry, forgot to mention that and i am getting a pro2 trials wheel, this is just a temporary hub while i save for a more decent wheel. Is it worth it for the measely £40?
  14. Hey there, I need a temporary hub replacement as my Hope bulb/XC/Pro2 is playing up alot. Basically, it skips like a mother******, has a big crack on the shell, and is just coming to the end of it's life. I wanted to know what you'll thought of the Halo Spin Doctor, it's not a very expensive hub, i know, but whats it like for the price? Is it quiet / loud? Strong / shite? Cheers, James

    Hope Pro 2

Yeah, it is a standard MTB Pro 2, and I know that they're not quite as loud as the Trials edition model but they're still about twice as loud as mine is atm. Alright mate, I'll go and order myself a bottle of that now, Cheers

    Hope Pro 2

Okay mate, nice one, any specific type of oil you would recommend or ..? And yeah, definately a Pro 2.

    Hope Pro 2

Hey there, I recently bought a DMR Rhythm from Ebay. Obviously, because it was from Ebay I didn't really have much idea of what condition it would be in when I went to pick it up. But anyhow, I bought it, only paid £180 and it's a pretty nice bike. Just the Pro 2 on the rear sounds awfully quiet compared to the one on my mates 24uK, and my brothers Morewood. I don't really have much clue why, but I presume it's something to do with the amount of grease inside of the hub? If i could remove a shit load of the grease and only cover it again with a very thin layer of grease, or maybe oil?, then would it sound better/louder? Thankyou, James
  18. Was an enjoyable watch mate, but maybe include some street riding in your next vid.
  19. Wow really nice looking bike, Shame it's not a mod though
  20. Nice video mate, you look pretty stable on that bike. And your gaps were nice too
  21. Hey there Chris, when you say bunny hop, do you mean a sidehop? Because to bunnyhop up a 4ft wall whilst facing it seems like a pretty impossible trick, with there being no run up an' all. The only thing I can say about pedal ups though, (or straight to backs), is that the hardest you push yourself, the higher you'll go. If you just start at say 2ft, then just go 2 or 3 inches higher each time, have a couple of goes at each height to make sure you got it, then move on to a wall just a tad higher. If you work like that then you'll also figure out pretty soon your own boundaries, and also your own courage.
  22. I quite like it, seems very modern, and very sleek. Nice work tom
