Right guys, Got myself some padded trousers which are great hopefully ordering a charge spoon soon as I am still getting a sore arse. been out for a good distance ride today but strugled with shit off the front tyre going in my face, what do you guys do to prevent this happening ? Also what do u where on the top half of your body ? I was wearing a nylony tee shirt but I got abit cold. also I found that the wind got in my ears alot on the down hills which isnt great for myself as I get regular ear infections which can be triggerd by this, are there any ear plugs or caps that you can get to prevent this ? Many thanks

  14. Hi there Just bought myself a MTB, been out on a short ride and found that my seat was way to hard !! Now is it a case of going to a shop and trying out different seats or can you guys point me to a decent one ?? I will be used for Xc Total newbie to MTB

I am a welding apprentice currently working for a company that make recovery equipment for the RNLI (tractors and trailers) I have been the the TWI in Cambridge to do my mig codings ( vertical up ) which covers most joints/positions for mild steel mig welding. I enjoy the work at the minute but perhaps in the future I would like to become a welder working offshore earning big bucks. How would you guys go about doing this ? Ps sorry for the high jack feel free to ask any questions about qualifications/ courses

  18. Just fitted a new back box to my car (mk6 zetec s ) When driving there is a slight vibration in the footwell, it makes no noise but you can feel it under your feet. Any ideas ? Backbox is a lovely fit and went on a dream thanks
