use a cutting disc for a light grind. works best for me

your using new pads on a rim with a old grind, old setup could have been contaminated and your using new pads on a rim that could be contaminated from your old setup. give the rim a regrind and and use sand paper on the surface of the new pads (just to remove the current spray/grime off them)

what pads are you running Adam? as said some cnc heatsink yellows or cnc rockpads. on a light/medium grind.

yes, i run single ply front and rear and im not the smoothest rider around and havnt had one puncture. the wear life is good had them on for about 4-5 month and the little lines on the blocks of tread havnt even worn off. the grip is just immense even on wet rocks and any other terrain. edit: i run the stickee compound too. the dtc is also good too

for mod: front- kenda small block 8 in the dual tread compound rear- monty eagle claw for stock: kenda nevagel front and rear in the stickee compound

i had some left over parts of pipe so i just practiced joining the fittings. practice makes perfect

happend to me, i find it better to use brand spanking new hose and fittings, just seems better to me. make sure the barb fitting goes exactly square in, if not it will leak. you can use a light lube on the hose+fitting such as 3 in 1. dont know why yours is leaking, if you have followed the magura vid you must be ok?

normal trialtech 2 bolt booster, i had a bionic/gu booster on my blade 09 frame. was pretty poor, then got the trialtech and it made loads of difference. trialtech 2 bolt for the win

are the bolts bottoming out in the frame?

have you got the plastic washer on that goes around the cylinder? have any of the threads gone on your frame? how tight are you tightening the mounts?

on my redline link 5.1, i had 25 front and 10 on back seemed alright for various types of riding.

your freewheel skipped by the sounds of it, what freewheel are you using. It happend all the time with my old tensile 60 click until i changed the ratchet.
