  3. i have ran heatsinks for about 2 month, then my old rockpads went back in. i dont like the heatsink yellows the bites there but the hold isnt. rockpads have everything i expect from a pad!! get rockpads
  4. i heard it works, think you have to leave it on for a while and put some elbow grease into it
  5. yes but takes ages, turps or nitromors. think the only brake fluid that can is DOT, but nitromors is best perfromance for the job
  6. well obviously a t-vee is basically indestructable but the white sky is a comp frame and will break under pressure and with a very heavy rider, so what do you expect thats where you said it was better, i can understand why you said that, because you ride one and you like the frame. in the quote, you basically said it is better too
  7. lynx's crack and lites snap. but then again it could be how you ride it
  8. cos of people like you how can you say an echo lites better, how many zoo lynx's have you heard of braking compared to echo lites

  13. i have used it and i havnt noticed any weakness, think it might on really soft and weaker alloys but nothing to do with trials.
  14. i would imagine they are clear, have a look at some other koxx's.
  15. hope mini wouldnt work well at all. pics of the crack please, is it on the clamp? if so dont over-tighten stuff.
  16. tarty have replied, tr wont work with the washers, they arent even round inside them for the washer to go in them
  17. i learnt that the grooves on the cylinders have to be where the clamps go in order to keep them still, also dont get the clamps mixed around, once you tighten each side up that side becomes a pair. i wouldnt bother bodging it with a coke can or tape.
  18. actually hopes are more expensive than magura brakes.
  19. it doesnt have to be a seized caliper piston, could be the lever piston thats seized
  20. use the rubber grease, the red grease. its designed for rubber, so it wont damage it
  21. i have got the newer heatsink backings, not as good as the old ones though. old ones were stiffer than the new ones
