  1. as i said above mate what pads, rims, clamps are you running
  2. if you pull the piston out and sparay some wd40 round it that should fix it, but a mildly lazy piston wont make it that much less powerfull
  3. could you give us a run down of your setup ie what pads, rim, clamps your running
  4. if im honest i would stay clear of the mission mate, yes it may be cheap right now but eventually the freehub will start to fail amongst other things, which means new parts and more money like i said if you can get it for like 50 quid and it doesnt need any more money spent on it then go for it, at least it will start you off even if it only lasts a couple of months
  5. That is one good looking bike mate.
  6. If you really wanted a 20 inch bike i would wait until one of those came up, unless your getting the mission for £50 or something like that i would just wait
  7. what is cheap mate how much are you planning on spending
  8. it depends how much it is going to cost you to buy it, it is in no ways a bad bike but there are much beter ones out there for cheap
  9. yeah it sounds like that, you could try super glueing an old allen key into the bolts first to see if that works
  10. I had the same problem with mine, the only way to properly get round is by running a single half link, i know people say that they are not strong enough but i have never had any problems and im a pretty heavy guy.
  11. have you tried hammering a larger allen key into the bolts to get them off, if not you coul just cut the bolts below the booster
  12. no problem mate well if im out during the week il give you a shout
  13. il be riding today probably if your up for it, dont think i can do tuesday
  14. By one of the little graffiti huts there is a large selection of rocks but they are badly overgrown and would probably only have about an hours worth of riding in them before it got boreing, down below the fun box there is a large area of so called skinnies but they are around a foot and a half wide, so not really all that skinny. Maybe i was just being completely blind and couldn't see the actual trials park, if anyone could give me a specific location of it in relation to where the gap jump and fun box where that would be great.
  15. well just back from having a look around, and the trials area seams to be gone there are a few rocks which have wildly overgrown grass all round them, the skinnies are about a foot and a half wide, so I dont think i will be taking the trials bike down after all.
  16. im gona take a drive down now and take some pics and have a look around
  17. in a short answer you will need to change nearly all your parts, The T-bird is a mod bike (20" wheels) and the echo control is a stock (26" wheels) What you need will be a mod frame have a look on tarty for mod frames try this link tarty bikes mod frames
  18. i think i will take a drive down there tommorrow if the weather is good, il take some pics and stick up a bit of a review
  19. cant believe that frame is still alive mate, i owned it for a while, looking much better now though.
  20. really sounds like you have a leak somewhere dan, take the brake of your bike, submerge the whole thing in a bath and activate the lever you should see air coming from wherever the leak is
  21. i have tried a couple of hopes and they never really blew me away, but then again there are many more people that swear by them than dislike them. the bb7 was fantastic, although sometimes feel wooden, they can be adjusted so many ways that you can get the desired lever feel im probably a little biased though as i have never actually owned a mono trial
  22. cheers mate this can now be closed
