Watch out for crack in the cutout of the headtube.

They crack at the bashplatemount on the downtube.

The Bjorn Frame cracks in the headtube, on the corners of the cut out. So watch after it there.

You can't really get a proper bike for the money you have. Save up a little bit more, so you could get a decent one.

It only takes my a couple of minutes, even though my stem/bar set up is completely different.

For the hub, i would say the the rockman, pretty light and very strong.

where did you get the crank bolts?

Yeah i can get it welded and stuff. but fortunatly i'm getting a new bike in september. But still the cracks came when the frame was only 2-3 months old?

I already told them where I got it, in another mail, and them got no answers for 5/6 days now. I also found a 25+ mm crack in the disc side drop out, actually it looks like it isn't even welded there?

Oh, i have wrote an email to rockman and send some pictures but only got one reply where he asked where I bought the frame. I'll just ride with the crack and see.

The Frame is cracked and has been for a little time, but thats in the headtube?

Hi, The past few months or so my bike has been creaking somehow, it comes from the Bb or frame near the bb. When I pedal hard it creaks. When I put a hand on each pedal and push it hard sideways it creaks? It's a rockman bjorn frame, rockman lite cranks and a reset ti bb. Everything's greased up nice and tightened up. So what can cause the creaking?? Thanks Erik Found these crack in my frame the other day, that may explain the creaking.
