Hey guys... So how is street riding in your city/town here on the best spots we have cams.... and it took about 15 min till police come.... and here where i live its maybe a bit different than in UK and other more intelligent countries... some people acept it even watch it etc. but some are very impolite... so what do i dont understand how to make street video with this problems? we are not riding on stuff like castle area etc.... just street.... My dream is to go to England and ride all your awesome street areas... here we dont have such luck but back to topic so how do you deal with such thing do you just disappear very fast when you see policemans... we always deal with them .... ye this was the last time... the only thing its pissing me off is that i dont understand why are all bikers disliked more than for example...skaters...
-
Nothing new... at 2:02 gap down to front also awesome sidehop starts at 0:46
-
why this one... if u want monty and you dont have that much money i would go for the monty kamel 220 nearly as good as kamel 221..... 24uk dont know such bike.... so i cant really compare but monty 221pr dont have very long wheel base.... just about 950mm.... so dunnno if u will like it but i would go for kamel 220
-
i would say go for the mod.... somehow i think the bmx is not as long as any trials bike maybe like monty 219 which has 950mm-37.4 inches
-
you are going to be the only one who will be riding in your location...the beginning will be very hard for you wish you luck
-
The sidehops should be done like this: your wrong foot is between bike and the wall you want to sidehop....because when you do it like this you have more space for you... but yea i agree it feels unnatural i think its better to learn it this way... just dont be lazy and practice it ...btw know sidehop on both sides is good i think so practice both?
-
I did not read the whole topic just few of your posts.... from what i red .... you are a beginner which already wants to do big stuff .... like 360 drops... etc t hat will be a long way till you can get Basically you can do all trials stuff on all 3 types... Its just about you and what you feel the most comfortable with.... i used to ride mod.... now i ride stock cause iam more comfortable with it (iam riding for 7 months and some days so i can say iam still beginner) when i moved to stock i did a big jump in my riding... 24" is good but as a beginer i would never go for it as my first bike....i think you will learn the basics better on bike which is more trial orientated in my humble opinion you know cause 24" frames are not really trialsy so its different and ofc the seat.... you will get reaaally lazy... The best way how to know what bike is for you to try as many as possible.. but if u really want 24" go go tartybike.co.uk iam pretty sure you will find something there for you

how long have you been riding?... btw try to practice pedal ups than it will look much better and noone will say that he/she (it ) is bored... and try to combine some endo turn in the vid or something they are not very hard or 180s or something likely.... you know just be creative
-
thanks yea i would like to get more stuff but wwe are not riding so much now...cause we are building trial park
-
Hey guys this is a video recorded by my friend on his mobile phone( ).Its extremely short. There is very small pedal kick and some small/average pedal kick. Ive been riding for 6 months (1 month on the bike iam riding in video i used to ride mod) Video

I ride pitbull 2007 i just personally love it... it has awesome geo and it also looks very good. Have never heard about that second frame so i cant really compare but i say go for pitbull

Iam riding stock and brakes are the most important thing they always must be 100% (what actually the front disc brake is not... ) Well i have hope mono trial on front its disc brake... it always locks iam still new to trials and i started practicing thing through the front wheel... and it doesnt lock i have no idea why but in endos etc its locked .... maybe its about weight position.... dunno rear wheel is magura hs33 race line from 2004 i found it better than the new one (and i also like the design more ) but well for example damon w does very big stuff and he has also rim brake on front or am i wrong?
-
As i always say height is not important... iam nearly 1,8m high... i had mod 20" and also a stock 26" i found them both same.... cause frames are very simmiliar on stock they are just longer and higher.... the best thing you can do is to try both if u have some chance to do so ofc.... 24" is about combining bmx and trials together....depends on what you want to do if u just want to have fun when you are riding... its not very comfortable for competitions... i like both competition but also just having fun and ride in street....but simply said you can ride every bike... Try all of the sizes and maybe also different geo of the frame...
-
Height is not important in choosing bike....Its just about what is most comfortable for you.Iam about 5,74 ft high.... Iam used to ride mod now i ride stock (iam in trials for about 6 months so..)Difference is (for me) mod:sidehops+;balance+;easier to move in tight places and small obstacles. stock:pedalkick, gaping+;pedal up+(Still suck at pedal ups.... but before i had stock i wasnt even able to do it on mod....)Generally you can do bigger jumps on stock than on mod.But i think the size doesnt matter you can ride on both..... 99%rider1%bike but 99% are nothing without that 1%

maybe music? when i want to train hard i listen some fast loud style like Linkin Park,Bullet for my Valentine or some fast rap songs... when iam just messing around iam listening to slower stuff like Akon or rap or i dunno just something that i like at the moment. Or just try to breath in paper pocket few times
-
yea we are kinda out of topic but its nice to talk with someone who has same opinion
-
I totally agree with you iam also unable to gap on my monty mod... but when iam riding natural i found easier it on mod... cause of its size
-
yea i also noticed that something about photos was mentioned
-
i maximally did 5 feet after 6 months of riding (5 months on mod) and last month i ride ZOO! pitbull stock
-
well if u have some freetime and some material(videos) ... try to get Sony vegas pro any version since 8.0 (i did it in 8.0 version) Well you can do also something in windows movie maker i think every computer which has windows operation system has it.... just look for it in Start... you know i just want to compare with other rider iam riding for 6 months and i like to compare my length of pedal kick gap with others Dušan
-
I enjoyed only 53 seconds of the vid... and the titles are... strange... iam not good in editing.... but the titles were ... strange... was it made in windows movie maker? I did something like this titles1 nearly same like the link above just a little difference and some test vid Its not much better than yours but the titles... just strange for me... the combination of colours and the style of letters... Btw I have no idea who you are are you the one riding the ZOO! with red forks? how long do you ride?
-
from what you said i can understand only the word "Olla ":DD
-
Well yea it will help a bit thats true... check his frame at 0:09
-
Well now iam not sure.... What kind of protection are we talking about??? Are we talking about something like this? at 2010-04-18 no its not me :DD Or Bashplate/Bashring? Cause i dont know any other bike protections The protection on the picture wont give your bike longer life..it will be just better looking...Well it might help a bit...but do you think that he is going to brake it? i know nothing about him but i dont think he is doing 2 meters drops without absorbing the impact
-
I have no idea if u can get these in UK but iam riding stock 60/40 street/natural front tire rear tire They are ok in both street and natural
