The unthinkable has happened .. My BB threads in my frame are stripped, to add insult to injury the removable cup that comes with the bottom bracket is now stuck in the frame, Any help? I am completely stuck Thanks, Chris x

Hi Forum I recently ordered new Heatsink Yellow Maggie Refills, buy I still have not received them after a week and a half after placing my order.
