  1. Suppp, good day today man, nice to meet you :)

Gimme a buzz next time you're up in Matlock and I'll try and join!

  2. Joke attempt failed, Better luck next time son.
  3. Probably be there around about the same time, depends on the traffic and how long it takes me to haul my ass outta bed
  4. Could it just be that your BB is made for a wider BB shell than the frame has and you need a spacer...?
  5. Damn I wish I'd got that good in 6 months! Awesome riding, you have ridiculous potential
  6. Yes, tensile mounts can be turned around just do that rather than trying to set it up using TPA
  7. As long as nobody tries to make me do anything else, I'm gonna try and get up there saturday
  8. cheers for the replies guys, will respond better tomorrow when I'm not posting off an iPhone the exact reason I want a van is the lack of windows, my drums alone are nearing £4000 so I sure as hell wanna hide em! Literally just me who drives, guitarist is learning but I doubt he's anywhere near to doing his test, no matter how optimistic he is. Plus the fact he then has to become a competent driver, enough to go abroad and be able to drive on the left with no fuss! I'm not pissing on his campfire, just being realistic >.<
  9. So, we've been offered a slot at a festival in Belgium (Long story) So now we need to start thinking about how to get 4 people plus instruments over there, Obviously it's probably easiest to hire a van. EDIT: Possibly 5/6, People want to bring others along. I say get them to sort their own transport has anybody done this before who can point me in the right direction? I have no idea where to start with it all I'm 21, so a lot of rental companies don't want to go near me anyway, but surely somebody out there can rent me a van? I'm getting bitched at by my bandmates (who don't even f**king drive anyway) To just rent a minibus and remove however many seats we need. Pretty sure that's not on and the rental company won't like it at all? They're all saying as long as we put the seats back in before we give it back it'll be fine. But they forget the possibility of the thing breaking down or crashing and then we get raped by the rental company for unbolting bits of their van, right?
  10. Aye, silver flange tops I didn't even do the wheelbuild which sucks, Not even my fault it's f**ked >.<
  11. Everybody gets told off for riding, it's just part of riding street really. Go explore further afield, you'll probably find something else somewhere quiet. Or if you live anywhere rural go looking at natural, Natural is a lot of fun and 99% of the time nobody is around to try to move you along
  12. Sheldon Brown is the man All you should need is a spoke key, yup
  13. If I could vote more than once, I would have given a dozen for that. absolutely amazing. I have nothing to add to this thread, he summed up the last decade of trials pretty much
  14. On that note, where's partz at? EDIT: Crisis averted, He was active last night
  15. You're validated mate, you could have posted this in the rides/ locations forum anyway
  16. I've always found the finepix range to be awesome, or just about anything around that price You can get some really good quality cameras pretty cheap in currys/ comet/ argos etc nowadays
  17. I just came into some money, so I can afford some petrol. I might actually end up there
  18. And thoughtfully welded a plate over it so I can't even use a seat when I buy a new one. These little criminals are getting craftier by the day.
  19. If your disc breaks, replace it.
  20. I honestly thought it was some uber thought out design, pretty pissed that it's goosed. Only used it in a wheel for about 4 hours riding, good one deng.
