Dont suppose your bored of this are and want to part with it in exchange for a koxx levelboss frame?
Well I got bored of it about a month after I built it and sold it already. Sorry :/

Looks Sweeeet
-
seriously Jizz worthy!
i have my riser bars really far forwards And love it
Thanks
Agreed, if you wanna go for the comfortable, agile, flicky (on a long bike, what's up with that? ) thing then have a go at rolling them back a touch. Forwards just stretches you out more over the front of it.
Looks cracking though, very nice
I've got it set up about how I want it now, 10mm stack and rolled to where they are in the pics
Thanks

Better pics added

you need to roll them forwards not back, your rise is now becoming backsweep, tilt them forwards slightly it will ride a lot nicer
I'll give that a go I'm still toying around with that
Thanks

Other than missing the point of 'riser' bars, nice one
I tried them rolled back when I had more stackers underneath and it was too high, I've moved the stackers so they will now be rolled back

Will look good around christmas time
Just kidding, looks good

tuck your trouser leg into your sock? its cheaper than a bash ring lol
Yuck I'll be running a bashring anyway as I don't much fancy munching my freewheel every few days :/
Frame is an '06 ZOO! Pitbull for reference

thanks guys,
they are brand new Rockman green Pads (amazing performance for the brief moment they stayed in alignment)
I am using standard Magura clamps, with some bought spacers and washers allowing fitment of my carbon Brisa booster. When tightening up, the pads seem to be being pushed out of alignment (so one end of the pads contact the rim before the other). Leads me to think my setup is allowing too much movement so I think I might ditch my current setup and buy some new Echo clamps with metal washers which will hopefully hold everything more firmly.
However, I'm not sure this will solve the pistons pushing the pads out at an angle to the rim...? Its freshly bled but a pretty old brake.
When I bought spacers and washers the bolts were too long and needed to be cut down as when I pulled the lever the cylinders moved, as revolver said, either cut them down or try some washers under the heads (about 3mm worth). Should work a treat

26" yeah? 18:15 will actually be about the same as 22:18.
22:18-19 is about the standard on stock for have a 22T chainring. But if you want it too feel harder then 22:18 and you want the freewheel up front, then mabye try 18:14. But that might upset your chain tension if you have horizontal drop outs and might require a half-link, as most frames are designed with 18:15 in mind ( if you have vertical drop outs then you won't have any problems ).
I'm gonna go for 18-14 now, Thank you (I have vertical dropouts)
In reply to the trouser munching factor I think you'll be surprised at how little this will happen, unless you wear super baggy pants to ride in anyway
I always wear jeans to ride in anyway and they are never really baggy, Thanks very much

Hi guys I'm currently running an Echo SL freewheel on the rear of my bike and Middleburns up front (22-18) but i find this gearing too easy to pedal and I don't feel I can get as much power down as if it was a little harder. I know the right set-up for 18t on the rear is 23-18 but I don't want to go bigger than the current 'Burns bashring. My question is would 18-15 gearing be noticeably harder? I can do this quite cheaply as I already have a freewheel and a screw on rear hub, and the switch would save me around 94g. I'm quite favouring the idea provided the ratio will be enough of a difference. My only apprehension is the trouser munching factor.
Feedback greatly appreciated, Thanks, Alex

what they should have done is made a courier movie about a guy who rides trials to get to the location quicker than anyone else! imagine the chase scenes! lol
Some nut pedalling their ass off and getting nowhere?

That's awesome, I didn't realise positive feedback from the public was even possible!
Luckily most people totally ignore me, although I do get a fair bit of interest from young people who've never seen a bike with no seat. The public around here don't seem aware of trials in the slightest.
They seem to be getting a little more aware of trials recently, probably as there are quite a few of us in the area Of course you still get the odd 'Someone's nicked yer seat!'
Rode at Worthing splash point last weekend, did a 270 off a wall and a couple gave me thumbs up and then said "Nice one dude!". Talk about a massive morale boost haha!
Nice

good luck tell the skate park users to wear helmets
Indeed
Thats awesome!! I wanna come live where you ride!! All me and my brother get is "do you like destroying things" and people giving us dodgey looks from their cars!! I had an arguement with that "do you like destroying things" fella the other day cos he thought my RUBBER tyres could destroy a CONCRETE wall... dunno what planet he was from!! Strange blokey he was!!
Joosh
To be fair, I hopped onto a wall (shitty limestone) today, fairly smooth, and it chipped the wall. I guess they just don't make them like they used to

Hi all, I was riding in a local park today (Rosehill to any locals), and I was approached by a few people from the council, so naturally I expected it to be an 'Oi, get on yer bike!' But no. They were very positive about trials saying that we trials riders are a great example (wearing helmets, doing something constructive which also keeps us fit and off the Xbox) and asked if I would speak to a few of the lads on the skate park about wearing helmets, and asked for our suggestions as they will be speaking to the Mayor next week. Seems these people were actually taking our suggestions and interests seriously (a lot of people suggested making the skate park a little bigger as it opened a few months ago but instantly took off and for it's tiny size it gets packed almost all day, every day). Nice to get some positive feedback from local officials for a change with regards to trials instead of the 'get off that wall, go and do that somewhere else' that you usually get
What good public remarks have you guys had recently?
-
Guessing you're talking about an '05-'10 lever there?
-
Pic?

Sorted now
Turns out it was something really simple and obvious
Care to enlighten us?

Basically it sounds like your rim is over to the non-drive side of your hub and needs moving towards the drive side, this can be done using a spoke key to loosen the non-drive side spoke and tighten the drive side.
Hope this helps
