Sorry but that non-driveside drop-out is vomit inducing, and the fact that the seatstays are not level (at the same angle)
Like it apart from that though

I do these C2W all the time, the Acid is quite a popular one, decent spec, respectable weight and in budget

22-16

O sorry.I wasn't tryin to hijak the thread lol, just c few people sayin they would like one so thought I'd mention the fact I had one for sale.but never mind, didn't know u owned the site
Should have let me know last week
I think the stem is upside down? In the last picture is it 'Monty' thats written upside down??
No as it has a sloping top cap which would not work correctly if it was the other way around, definately needs a new stem
-
bloody hell that stem is low! how can you ride it without doing your back in lol
Haha I knew someone would mention that At the minute it is just built out of spare bits from my shed It will have a new stem soon

Hi all, had a quick search and can't seem to find the geo, can somebody let me know please so I can mock it up.
Thanks, Alex

Looks like I'm still going to have to find some......as unfortunately 'Theta2' Forks are 110mm!
The problem I have is that I think I would like the fork to be white - But I don't think Marzocchi did a Pre-06 fork in white?!
Any suggestions? In a perfect world, I would like a white fork with gold stantions!
Thanks and ATB
James
Forks are now for sale here just in case you change your mind
Thanks

I have some 04 DJ2's that I'll be selling as soon as I can find a decent street frame. Interested?
-
I think you should have left it rawed it looks so nice though
Your amazingly lucky to be able to have the kit to make the frame (it is bueatifully made)
He had it built by Marino in Peru.
Bike looks schweeet

This one? I have one in silver and although I replaced it for my ZOO! Pitbull I still like to have a go on the Toxsin every once in a while, it feels lovely and isn't overly heavy, great starter bike
-
Do you by any chance jetwash your bike?
I never jetwash it :/ Probably just got one in there that's been going for years, are any of the ones on tarty any better than UN54's bearing-wise? Could possibly order a Hope through work
-
GT85, let it soak for a couple of minutes This and muscles was the winning formula for mine
-
Maybe I should just try another :/ To be honest I don't know how long the one I've got in has lasted cos I've got that many square taper bb's in my shed I've lost track of which ones are new Clear out and a new BB this weekend
-
I'm still using a Shimano UN52 that I bought in 2004, but it's creaking and crunching like a bitch these days. I'm too attached to it to replace though... What are you using?
These, but they creak and crunch too easy :/
-
Nobody seems to understand the question. You used "square taper bb" and "strong" in one sentence.
Haha, Just looking for one with bearings that may last a bit longer as I seem to be replacing mine after every few rides, and I don't really want to change my 'Burns
-
Anyone?
-
Is there a particular BB that you can recommend? I keep munching them.
Cheers Guys

hi. when i grind my rim i grind from right to left. my brake squeek fades away after an hour or so, but it only fades when the wheel is spinning forwards, when the wheel is spinning backwards i get an awsome squeek.
am i grinding in the wrong direction?
Your pads are not set up square

Ok, I think I'll stick to the SL, Thanks guys
-
It isn't because of that, but like I said before, I'm not going to play Matt's game...
Haha you already beat me to it Mark
-
Explain please Mark.
I'd hazard a guess that it's the fact that to go round a smaller cog the chain has to go to a steeper angle, therefore putting more wear on the plates

Hi, I'm just debating whether or not to switch my current 22-18 Middleburn Pro Trials/Echo SL setup to a 16-? Super Pro Trials/Chris King combo.
-
Looks different with the blue parts to the standard green, I like it
(Sorry dude, realised as soon as i saw it on the proper screen)
