    Okay then, you take pride in your battered, bruised, black and blue knees mate lol. I have a huge bruise from my bike on side of my leg that hurts 24/7 i don't know about you, but if i can avoid it then im going to.

    Well as the topic states, what sort of protection do you all ride with? At the moment i ride with ankle/shin guards and a helmet. I am considering getting knee guards too. What do you all think to this? Too much/little? Cheers

    I ride with shin pads which have attached ankle guards on them, i bash my leg against my frame when doing turns with the back of my frame which are greater than 45 degrees.

    Hey, so basically i have received my chain tugs in the post today. After a few Google searches i found some stuff but nothing proper. I was just wondering how i go about fitting them to my bike?     It will be a downhill racer guy, they always go to quarries, theirs one near me and there is a police helicopter on there every now and again recovering people.

    Hey everyone! I'll be quick, Chris, 17, Doncaster, been riding trials for around 3 weeks so I'm still fairly new to it. Making good progress though! One of those full member activation votey thingies would be nice too! Cheers.
