    Hey boys and girls got a really random question but what type of shoes/trainers do you ride in? For the 1st time i rode for half a day or more and found the soles of my feet hurting and my trainers was not as grippy as i would like. are there specific shoes or should i but a set of dc's/van etc with a thick sole? cheers james

    yes definately wanting to ride with you guys, been all alone rising in the empty paddling pool at st andrews park trying to get some basics sorted.

    i know man it sucks balls i have not been able to practise either as i have been away, tomorrow i am off to my folks back home in the cotswolds and no doubt work next week will bugger the issue up. ah well will keep on trying james

    yo man i am new too so you wont be the only new guy in bristol i keep meaning to meet up with these guys but the weather keeps me at home is there any indoor place to ride? thinking there must be so old car park or somthing where we can keep dry.

    cheers guys i will be looking into getting some risers they seem to be a good idea, as for the chain i noticed i had hit the spring on the tensioner into a new position which left it weak, put it back problem solved. may go for the ss idea just because it looks a lot neater and out of the way. cheers again james
