Yeah it was. 6 months later I'm still stiff as f**k, despite physio for an hour every Friday, and being on my feet all day at work

hating being injured, 12 weeks before im aloud on a bike, missing this nice weather :(

went out for a quick evening ride and flew up handlebar consistently with short run ups! progression is on its way
