Got em off finally. Was riding by myself about 10 miles away from anywhere I could get tools other than what I normally bring. Clerictgm's method was the actual one that got them off although I had to use a shovel and smash ghe crap out of them.
Cheers guys

So I need to remove my Echo cranks but they are stuck on like a bitch been hammered a fair bit using the wood plank method but they don't seem to be budging. Any other ways I can get em off?

Put glue on your pads.
Not even trolling I tried that as a joke and it worked well.

I think I speak for everybody when I say , stop making the font size bigger. People are trying to help you....

I mean the kind of blister that breaks off and bleeds and hurts like sh*t. The kind of blister that tells you it's time to call it a day.
Use to get them when I started out riding , friends that do parkour get them too. Judging from your post count you might be new to trials? If so that should go away as your skin hardens and gets used to it.

I ran a BB7 with a 180mm echo rotor for a couple weeks with a lousy cable set up and it was better than both my hopes. Which have both been back multiple times and are still quite honestly a piece of crap.

Because I've never hit them badly.
I've never f**ked a goat , some people still do it?

My v8's have lasted 3 years with being looked after properly.
Used mine for trials , DH , off road , general mountain biking , some bmx-ing (the dark days) and have been bashed for two years straight , still going extremely strong.
Are you sure you're not just making the ticking noise yourself? Not a predator are you...

find a good hill and be it in again? is it true that its best to use muddy water as it works as a grinding paste? if so try that
That only really works right after it happens , done it a couple times on my dh bike doesn't work amazingly but it'll get you home. Best in my experience , boil them then set fire to the pads and then a tiny bit of sanding. For rotor , give it a good sanding or bathe it in meths.
The brake will work again but not as good as before maybe 75-85% of the previous performance. Best solution would be new rotor/pads.

So basically trials would turn into bmx.
I don't know about elsewhere but where I live 90% of the time none of the people you see going around on them can't ride the bloody thing and are just chino cladded , top man supporting douchebags. Theres normally one dude who can ride and a bunch of others wearing monster hats and talking "selfless" on iPhones.
If only making the gene pool more "selective" was legal...

This doesn't work as your body gets used to what ever your doing. Repeating the same stuff your body gets to a level then stops.
I thought you need to fake your body into thinking it needs to get stronger etc but I'm no expert
You can only ride for so long before you start getting tired and that stage I can't see how you can improve technique.
This is true. If you lift 5kg dumbells for example , your biceps , forearms ect will grow to a point they can lift 5kg without problems and then they will stop.If you want to get stronger you have to keep doing a bit more than you can handle to get growth.

I know ~1/3 of all riders of all styles in my city. Trials is TOO expensive for Russians, so I'm not just can guarantee that there are only 4+1 riders in my city, I sure for 100%. In Russia bicycle perceived by regular people like something STRANGE. If you older than 12 and ride bicycle - its STRANGE. If this bicycle not a cheapest chineese-shit YOURE VERY STRANGE! If it's a DH bike WOW WTF WHY YOU REBUILD YOUR MOTORCYCLE TO BICYCLE? If it has no seat OH MY GOUHD HOW COULD IT BE!!!11 CALL the POLICE!!111 And I am not exaggerating. Russia=stone age.
I think I just BECAME dyslexic.
I DON'T know if you're ANGRY or IF you're just a VERY passionate writer BUT seriously...

It's not enough. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/180054-sick-of-sitting-at-home-in-wet-weather/?p=2484557 Find a shovel on the picture!
Under snow there are some packed snow and under that packed snow there are some ICY ICE. And under all that things there is an OBSTACLE.
Why don't you use ingenuity and make OBSTACLE out of SNOW and ICY ICE?

Okay couldn't be assed reading all this ( sue me) but here's my tips for loosing weight or getting fitter.
1. Run , it's great cardiovascular exercise and you'll be doing a lot of it if you join the RMs. Learn to get over the pain and learn to run or quick march with a loaded bergan.
2. Swim , it works out your whole body , doesn't put nearly as much stress on your joints as other exercise and will improve general fitness ( also recommend if you want to be a marine )
3 Use body weight or dumbells and the like , not machines , you'll learn better form and you'll have to control your muscles more.
4. Push yourself!
If you want to loose weight something I've found useful is this.
Eat quorn instead of meat. Quorn is high in protein like meat but very low in fat , also in my opinion can be preferable in taste.
Hope that helps you.

I've worn a pair of Crye AC trousers with built in knee pads , bailed and the worked pretty well.
Worth a try if you want to go discreet.

Fast BJ?
I don't think they thought the name out too much , it stands for "base jump" although the carbon title version is slightly better for the immature among us.
Me? No never!

OPS-CORE fast BJ helmet. Expensive but legitimately the most comfortable helmet I've ever used.

489cm?

You are 100% wrong.
All about the technique.
So you're saying if he had say a onz a rim , no grind , magpie blacks and a buckled rim he'd still b able to do it.,...
-
Well my girlfriend left me.
Oh sorry I was confused by the misleading and informative title.
-
I don't ride near muddy, dusty, wet or icy conditions. If I did I'd much rather run duel disc than grind away my rim.
You don't cycle on pavements?
A grind just doesn't compare to a smooth rim they for non street riding are just better in every aspect.
Personally I'd pick rock pads or ADMs . I've never done well with heatsinks:
I used them on 3 different wheel sizes , four different rims , different set ups , grinds and without. None worked as well as my LGMs with a good grind.

Magura clamps with metal washers , TNN or Echo TR clamps are all winners in my experience. My tensile clamps snapped in half!
