oh, & does anybody know which trains let bikes on? I've been told that inter-city do, but long routes don't?

Where about's is it in Leicester that we would we meet, and what levels of difficulty would you class there to be? To be fair, I've never even ridden L'bo, so I wouldn't know where to go.
