alright. First please rephrase it so human beings can read it and understand it as well please so after you tighten the nuts on the side of the wheel, and on no load, so when the wheel is in the air and you push the pedal with your hand, the chain tensioned nicely, but when you pedal the bike on the ground, it became super tight? I would tighten the nuts as much as I could spacer? is it looks like this http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/snail_cams/monty_snail_cam_tensioners/c114p2092.html or this http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?product_id=12293&keywords=Inspired+Arcade+Micro+Chain+Tug

is it even a problem? I mean would you actually risk yourself as a middle aged man an old f*rt at dangerous condition? It is not a reality show, it is a car show, one of the best in the world, it needs loads of work to keep the level

Finally Gotten Round To Signing Up To Trials Forum
HippY replied to Danny Macaskill's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
dude, every forum has unwritten rules, that you break became forum rape For example bumping a 4 year old, dead thread. check the dates on the thread -
I tell you how you can calculate the wattage: Your CPU has a TDP of 95W Your GPU has the TDP of 150W Everything else 50W (it is waaay more then it will need, but just for the safety) 100+150+50= 300W if you run it 100% 550W is an overkill, even for future upgrades. High end nvidia cards has around 250W-300W usage, whereas AMD R9 290X can have upto 400W.... Modular VS non modular= the PSU has cables coming out, that is connected to the parts. although If you do not use all the cables, then you will have loads of cables just hanging around. with modular PSU you can remove/change the cables, so it will be tidier or look nicer if you choose coloured cables The PSU put its biggest power down at 12V line and you should pay attention to this number. anything above 40 amper (A) counts as decent (it should be around a 450W PSU) twin rail/single rail= single rail has one main output, whereas at double rail you will see two lines output. at the end it does not really matter, as you are going to see the same cables, the difference is internal. Nowadays with the better quality parts single rail is used mainly around this 450W-750W range This power supply will work, although personally I would use this one http://www.dabs.com/products/xfx-450w-proseries--80plus-bronze-core-edition-full-wired-psu-8DK2.html?refs=55420000&src=3 or its 550W version if you really want futureproofing http://www.dabs.com/products/xfx-550w-core-edition-80--bronze-psu-8K0S.html?refs=55420000&src=3 They have very good reputation, and if you look at their numbers, they produce the biggest ampers at 12V, and that is important for us
-
I am not going to spend all my money at once, and I can keep the bike the same level as me. the reason why is that really important because I am a very very very slow progressing rider
-
I know but it comes with a price Bike is £400 New frame starts at £280 posted from tarty And now we are around £700 plus other cost that may occur With this bike i can built it as strong as i need, and as expensive as i can go
-
Well, I was thinking about it. I could afford it, and I had no money left at all, then I would need to spend a new, more neutral frame, like a zoot, that would cost £300 with postage and stuff, and there could be any unforeseen problem, as it is used, and in my past experience, that is used and cheap tend to break really quickly I am going on a slower road, as I am going to order the parts end of the march, so I will have money to live and for the bike as well, until then I am learning with my mod I am going to build this bike with as many new part as I can, maybe I am going to change the used parts by time, but I do not want to wait weeks again until i can afford parts and go out riding, as my bike broke and so do I.
-
but there are parks and stuff.. if he rides them...
-
as far as I see winter means rain. like loads of rain. Would not a slick tyre have 0 grip at every condition, do not mention grass?
-
okay ill do that I already tried to get in contact with the guy by PM and text, just wait until he replies, and probably i will ride the frame for a while, until I can get the money for a new frame as I ride bikes as babies ride skateboards http://cheezburger.com/8019008256 is that frame very very streety?
-
Got a working PS3 slim 120gb with a controller for £40, as the guy did not know how to reset the connection to make the HDMI port working again :D:D:D Its absolutely bargain, considering that it will work nicely, as it is a fixed version and I could buy one at CEX for £150
-
So euen bike plus a zoot frame over a zoot build then? I get in contact with the guy Can i repair the parts if they break, like brakes and hubs?
-
well, it would be a good idea, as it has saint brakes and hope wheels, but the fact that it cracked means it was not rode smoothly and the wheels/brakes might go faulty if I get it well, but if I am wrong correct me please

Hello there If I were you I would go on a website called. www.trashzen.com This website has very detailed tutorials how to start off trials and it has tutorials even for the hardcore riders!

Bikes JAF 24” Euan Beaden edition JAF frame (blueish) Inspired forks (polished silver) FSA headset (black) Hussefelt BB (black) Hussefelt Cranks (polished) Trialtech Stem (black) Trialtech High Rise bars (polished) Hope Pro 2 EVO hubs (Front with EB bolt up axle) Dmr Deevee rims (black) Black spokes Maxxis holy roller tyres Shimano saint brakes (203 ice tech rotors) (EBC organic pads) Social seat Inspired post Kmc chain £400 What do you think about this bike? Would it be a good starting point, could I use it for small trialsy moves, or as a base (ofc new disc ) for my zoot build? so my thought that i buy this bike, and if I feel that I need something more neutrual, then i buy a zoot/zoot pro frame, but all my other parts will be good specs
-
personally I was looking for DJ freehubs as well (halo doctor), but honestly, I am not sure if they are good enough for trials, as they are 3rd price of a hope pro2
-
well at the moment I will go for a fixed rear hub at the moment, as I cannot afford £100 more for a pro 2 hub at the moment, but as soon as I get better and I will need it I will, but it will be down the line why is it better if a rim wider, if the tyre has the same wideness (and is wider the better at tyre, for example at 2.2 Holy rollers vs 2.4 holy rollers or 2.35 Moto diggers?)
-
fitting vbrakes to a 2bolt frame and are sun big mammoth fats good for
HippY replied to marshole82's topic in Trials Chat
check the streety wheels thread, there are some really good choices -
okay, so i will order the stiffys there isitafox, I love you And how Stiffy hold the grind, or should I use it grinded/maggies, or I should go for a pad for ungrinded rim?
-
So stiffy is the best for atreet trials? Sorry i just want to make sure
-
Are they better quality than dmr? Subrosa vs stiffy vs tweet? They cost 52 posted for a pair!
-
Why is it better to have a wider rim? Is there a bog difference between the 32mm vs 36 mm width?
-
I would get a fan controller actually, as you can set it easily the exact speed that is good for her, without letting a software doing its job, because it might raise and lower the speed if necessary. You can get one for £15 or so, and they are fully manual
-
I just found deevees in green for£25 each Are they a good choice? What is the difference between deevee and backline?
-
I think I should go with undrilled rims, as they should be stronger and with streety moves they can last longer, and at TGS, that i do not plan to do at high level, as they do with proper trials bike, just for a small fun level, that 200g should not be that big problems Regarding the hub, I will go there later, as I have around £100 budget for each wheel, but later on with DD I might go to Hope Pro rear hub! Thanks nunn!
