  1. You nailed it, I'm a BMXer trying out trials All the street trials stuff comes pretty naturally as it's all glorified BMX tricks really but I do find it hard to do pure trials stuff. I'm hoping to ride with proper trials riders in the next few months though so I should be able to do those things pretty soon hopefully Thanks man, I've nearly got them off the back wheel alone now (skip hop whip?), I'll post another video soon I grew up on a little island, we didn't have a park for ages so I'm pretty sure I learnt them off the floor before I learnt fly out ones It just takes a bit of practice and a fair amount of commitment Are you the Ali C? Pretty sure I've seen some video of you, I think you're the one who's got skills man!
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3RL6oI1KLA&feature=youtu.be Not really a how to but pretty much all the steps you'll end up going through when you try those. I learnt rolling ones the other week but I wanted to try them from a standstill. It was a lot harder than I thought and I still had to cheat a little and give it a little kick each time
  3. It's not the bike I'll get something filmed in the near future and put it up on that youtube channel
  4. So am I, the frame is pretty big and awkward for that sort of stuff. I'd like to move onto an inspired at some point
  5. I'm new to the site so this is the last post I can make today: I'm actually a BMX rider, up until last Thursday I never rode a trials bike or anything other than a BMX. I learnt them on the BMX about 2-3 years ago and I was trying them on the floor and off a ramp at the same time. I think I learnt fly out whips and hop whips at around the same time. With the trials bike I did it straight off the ground, it actually feels a bit easier than doing it on my BMX since the bike sends you over the bars when you hop. The bike is a second hand Adamant V2 I picked up from pinkbike last week. I think it's a similar size to the inspired bikes although it's about 3-4 inches longer (wheelbase). I'll see how I get on with trials and if I'm into it I will probably buy the fourplay frame or something, it'd be nice to have something a little smaller but still 24" p.s. I can do some little how to video for hop whips if people are interested?
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTC44_xtbck filmed this yesterday, my first hop whip on a big bike
