Hi Sam Trials riders in Jersey are pretty much extinct - I managed to get a few people to come out recently but it's normally a one off ride. I normally ride bmx, I've been over riding with the guernsey lot quite a few times. I started doing a bit of trials on the side a few weeks ago to make riding a bit more interesting! I'll definitely pop over in the summer though! Thanks man! I'll definitely get more things filmed soon, got a fair few things I'm working on atm so when I dial them in I'll show you all !

Shhh I had more in mind but the bike only lasted about an hour! BMX bikes can definitely take more of a beating!

My first little video I made with a friend the other day. Only managed to get a few things before my chain tensioner snapped in half but on the plus side I have loads to show you next time

I tried to make a little video today of the things I learnt since getting a trials bike 2 months ago but my chain tensioner snapped in half after getting 5 or 6 clips. I'll do a few things on my BMX tomorrow and make a little Trials/BMX weekend edit

I know this is probably not the right place to ask but don't suppose anyone here has some 24" forks they'd like to sell? Snapped mine yesterday doing "proper" trials

Pretty sure Macaskill does oppo whips so you're not alone there I still ride bmx most of the time so I'm not really bothered, trials is just something to play with on the side. I'd like one of the newer inspired's though, they look rad! I can't justify spending so much on a bike though, maybe get a 2nd hand one at some point

Thanks man, I found the rolling ones easier actually, I guess I felt more "at home". I actually bought a really short stem last week to make my bike feel more like a bmx. I don't know what CS AND WB mean but I ride an adamant frame which I think is a bit more for normal trials. I'd love to get one of the inspired bikes or even just the frame at some point, I think that'd suit my riding a bit more. Going over the bars is a good sign, you need to stay over the bike as much as possible. Best bit of advice is to keep your body high and the bike low!

I'm a part time trials rider, I'm allowed not to know who's who I don't really pay attention to videos so I can't remember names and that but I'm sure I've seen some of you! Hop whips are a mind game really, if you're committed to it you'll have them in no time!
