  1. Yeh, theyre nice forks (seem pritty strong), tad heavier, than echos and zoo's like mr chai said, but are a bit on the expensive side? may as well just get what you know are good and save some money, by getting echos or zoos?
  2. Best bet, is to purchase a new booster, like an echo or something. Then you wont' have any problems :P probably save some weight also? :- *yay wow saving 2.5grams, my bike feels so lighter* (i dont think the difference is 2.5g but you get the point :))
  3. Yep, shock treatment works everytime for me :( short hard hits with a nice rubber mallet.
  4. Neils new vid... whats the song? "Limp Bizkit - ******" ?
  5. Bloomin heck that was amazing!! some extreme riding there!
  6. Thesubways well good at it, he needs to watch out for the kerbs though :wink2:".
  7. Cool vid guys nice riding, all good apart from the slight crackle like you said, in the music. :-
  8. PADS: Viz Pads TIME USED: Not sure.. Months riding? RIM USED: (onza tmag wheel) GRIND: Yes CERAMIC: No BRAKE USED: magura four bolt, standard lever, bled with water with Echo 2bolt and try-all boosters. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON A GOOD WORKING BRAKE: Something which holds in all weathers, and pads which don't wear down super fast HOW DO THEY COMPARE WITH OTHER PADS YOU'VE USED: Way better than my koxx bloxx, better than black magura, and kool stops. REVIEW: When i first put these pads on i was told they will need a bit of time to bed in etc, as they were slipping quite alot (in dry weather)... I got a fresh grind put on a few days later by mr dan ko, and the pads hardly ever slipped in the wet, and definatly held super good! The downfall i have found with them, is they've worn down way to quickly for my liking, ive riden with them for a month? and theyre ready for the bin. Im happy ive tried the pads, and theyve served there purpose. I may be tempted to purchase some more, but im not entirely sure. Cheers.
  9. Haha, yeh saw that advertised, al try and remember to watch it :P
  10. Yeh, i was viewing the saracen 05 trials range, fair play for them attempting a mod, its a long way off being anything reasonably good, but its a good attempt, and hopefully may bring some new people into the trials scene? Theyre top of the range saracen mad looks quite decent i thought, for a saracen anyway. http://www.saracen.co.uk/mad/mad-team-issue-big.jpg No it doesn't have the best spec by a long shot, but still not bad for a saracen! IMO :P :S
  11. I think i will be willing to pay, but can we use the ftp for non trials related images and files, as long as their not warez or dodgy. Obviously not uploading stupid ammounts of crap but like the odd html file or text document and an image or 2?
  12. Go siders lol, yeh tartybikes try to get the cheapest prices for all their customers, stupid things like this happens every now and then, thats all. Like for example, i bought say an mp3 player last year, 2weeks after i got it, it was in a sale at half price. These things just happen. :- :P
  13. My onza vp's are great, well grippy, but if you do alot of moves to pedal, then they probably wont last very long. Theyre ace for the price.
  14. That must be some kind of error :P Thats like £15 cheaper than the cheapest place i know of... They going to charge like £15-20 for postage so they can make the rest of the money or something? thats damn good price!

    Acs

I was thinking of welding mine as im able to use the welder at school... Whats the chances of the heat from the weld messing up the freewheel and the bearings etc? I may take it into school soon and do it, if the risks are low..
  16. May aswell delete what i wrote :P. Little bit safer :D?!
  17. Not sure if this has been posted, but i "think" the viz grips feel quite thin, maybe give them a try? Theyre grippy and go on and off the bar nice and easy too.

    Pancakes

Sorry not sure if this topic has been made before, but i thought it would be slightly interesting... What filling do you put in your pancakes then? Mine, i usually have lemon/strawberry jam and sugar. But this year ive been told to try, Vinilla (sp?) ice cream, and chocolate source, with lemon & sugar etc, going to try it ina minute (should be interesting). How about you lot...? Edit: I've had 2 pancakes at the min, cwah they were blooming lush! will do some experimenting with the left over pancakes i have later :D :P.
