  2. hi i wanted to download this video from vimeo on Full HD the problem is that the file is 1.4 GB and my download speed is 25 kb/s and i can't download the whole file once when i pause the download and after hours i come to continue it it gives this error it cannot refresh the download link i tried refreshing the link myself and it gave the same error i download with IDM if there is any way ... or any other program that i can download with please tell me
  3. i like street trials more ...you can do whatever you want trials or street or maybe a combination of them .. also you can use your creativity to make new moves and also i saw people doing cool stuff with MOD frames sometimes it doesnt matter what your rdiing you canhave fun with everything ... you can do tricks on road bike , xc , trails or AM too

  7. i used to play football a lot ... my main foot is right which i has more control on it and its was more powerful than my left ... i kicked the ball with my right foot always ... have you ever played football ? i felt my left leg was weaker when first time i did leg exercises ........................................ its not about that which one is more powerful its about your brain ... how your brain control all the muscles of body .... and when the first time you want to enter trials you might be right footed but you feel better with your left leg

  9. me too now ... my right knee cannot absorb the whole pressure of bike ... wont learning some on left make me confused in learning tricks ? some light tricks
  10. i use my right foot as the main foot for tricks does learning simple basic tricks with left foot as main foot really help me ? i saw chris akrigg used raight foot doing tricks in a part of his video while he always uses the left foot .. i was shocked sorry for bad english
  11. i didnt mean that ... one of my friends told me that a V brake is much more better than disk for rear . i searched websites to find a reason why street trials yous rear disk brake but i couldnt find anything
  12. im confused inspired element 2013 had a rear V brake but 2014 has disk brake why they changed it to disk ? while V is cheaper , stronger and lighter and the frame became more expensive and heavier too because of the rear disk brake
  13. i have a dirt bike its a bmx cassette ... the tool is not available and no professional mechanic aroound next time i wont do the same mistake (buying a dirt bike for street trials) for the first try i hopped a little forward ... but i scared to try it again

  15. hi unfortunately my gear ratio is 22 - 12 and i can not change the cassette it for some reasons ... can i just pedal hop or pedal gap with it ? wont it hurt my knees ? or i keep going with bmx and half trial moves any suggestions ?
  16. that is one i dont know the exact names in English dehydration , lack of salt , amount of sodium and potasium , body tempreture and a few others reasons i cant remember now together they will make you get tired easier
  17. when glucogen in your muscles decreases then the glucose in blood will decrease too . you have to eat sugars between 1-2 hour before riding ... ... try not to eat fats and proteins before riding they are much less effective than sugars in order to increase your glucogen ... geting tired have many reasons

  19. i was very weak and my bike is to heavy too . (used to be around 15 kg previous bike now around 13-13.5 kg) so i decided to lift a little . i dont go gym i do it at home the gear ratio was 26 12 not good for street trials i ordered new parts . but unfortunately i couldnt open the rear cassete because the right tools to open that is not available .. and i couldnt find a professional mechanic around so i just changed the crankset its now 22 12
  20. i used to ride for fun . after few months i mentioned that i had poor skills .. so i want to start training to learn more ... then it would be more fun to ride for now im resting and lifting because of my knee . when it get recovered completly i will start training hard

  24. not allways , sometimes . its needed when you are tired of training (mentally) it works like a drug
