made a nice mess of a bottom bracket, square taper completely in half, yes in half!!! I heard that the square tapers were ment to be stronger than isis??? a couple of mech hangers have gone as well, along with 3-4 magura levers

get one of the old style metric allen key which isslightly bigger and hammer it in, ot get a massive screwdriver and hammer that in, they have both worked for me in the past on a crank bolt. lewis.

hey, i am having trouble with my front magura martyr and with it locking up having some resistance/braking power. The pads seem to have loads of material left and i recently cleaned the disk with boiling hot water. Can other pads be bought that will grip more or can anything else be done to improve the quality of the brake. cheers lewis

left foot forward -> sidehop to the right. the adamant frame is mod spacing so that would mean having to get a diffent hub instead of my king

zoo pads on a clean mavic d521 ceramic rim. If it is a bit poo then i wack some boiling water on the rim and ride around with the brake on slightly.

hs33's are better, dont know much about the hs11's as ive always had hs33's but the 11's avnt gt TPA's and are more simple

hey i am starting to become very prone of snapping my magura lever bodies, gone through 3 in the space of 2 months!!!!!! not hitting the levers or anaything but im just topping up my brake at the bleed hole on the lever, comes to tightening it up and i hear a crack and look down to see a massive crack appear. The 05 levers are better designed but this still happened,,,, poor metal or too heavy handed??? cheers

its the pads probs, try cleaning the rim and/or grinding the rim as well, get some plazmatic crm pads and it bite like a dog on a bone

avid bb7 caliper xtr cable/or other high end cable (no expert ) and lube it up in the hosing avid ultimate lever/shimano xtr v-brake lever almost as good as hydraulic, joe b has his set up mint and works better than squinces marta are the hayes mechanical disks any good ?............ dunno why but im obsessed with hayes!!!
