i havnt had a wank in like 3 weeks and im 17!!! Im actually pretty proud . It works though, however much you guys have slated that article i can see how its true! Ive just started seeing a girl and as i havnt been wanking like every day i can really control myself so well! Solid as a rock for a long time with no issues what so ever, and like the article said, the orgasm is so much better aswell... It used to be a big problem with my ex, she just didnt do it for me, id get bored half way, but that was back when a wank a day was not an uncommon thing for me. So yea im sure some of it is bull, but i can come to terms with some of it. See what happens tomorrow anyway Aaron.

I thought exactly the same and for the last probably....month (ish) ive been following a better diet and doing alot more exercise and ive found it really has helped my stamina and overall i feel and look alot healthier! Now, i snack on fruit and veg instead of chocolate biscuits and things like that ( i hardly ever eat chocolate anymore) and instead of having a cup of tea and biscuits for breakfast now i have either jam, honey or peanut butter on toast ( peanut butter is quite fattening though). Now for lunch, instead of the usual crisps and things, i make myself a salad. Lettuce, tomatoes, radish, carrot, cucumber, spinach and that kind of thing, also, to fill me up a bit more i toast one piece of brown bread, chop that up and throw that in aswell. Either that or a fruit salad. Bananah, orange, apple, pear, grapes and melons. i rotate between the fruit and veg salad. I find that these help alot and taste so nice aswell! As for exercise, i go to my college gym twice a week and try and do everything i can but focusing mainly on running and rowing but allways staying within my limits as i used to over do it and then i ached for weeks afterwards..not good. I try to circuit around each machine. Im in no way a pro gym trainer person or nutritionist so i am probably wrong with what i am doing but it is working for me! Hope this has helped a little bit.. I really appreciate the help, i took her to the junction which is kinda a place for thatr kinda thing today but we were to late so we are going back tomorrow and ill definatley get a test done then and then see what happens from there. Im screwed...HELP ME LONG STORY SHORT.....Went to a party last night and ive been kinda seeing this girl (laura) so we wernt properly together but kinda hugging and kissing occasionally. Meanwhile, the last week or so ive been having serious problems with my ex as someone told her i was kinda seeing laura (who she works with) and she didnt like itatall and said to laura i was "out of bounds" even though she got with my mate the other week and just messed him around so they split. Next, me and laura were just sat down chilling, next thing i know my mates are telling me that i really need to go and talk to my ex because shes crying! So i went and saw her, just me and her in this room and then she unloads the biggest problem of my life....shes pregnant... She said she took one test and it was positive and another said negative and shes quite late... I told her to make a appointment straight away with the doctor and we would see what happens, but she still kept having a go at me about laura. Now i dont know if shes lying and just trying to get me back as when she told me this she'd had a bottle of wine and was an emotional wreck. im really really scared and dont know what to do, should i tell my mum? i dont know. its really hard to get a grasp of the situation the way ive typed it because im a tard but theres a chance she is lying and a chance she is pregnant. She has been known to lie quite alot before and shes a skitz when drunk. PLEASE READ THIS, I REALLY NEED SOME HELP. Anyone been in this situation before? rights ladies and gentlemen, ive got a real dilema on my hands here! I was at a party on saterday night and i got completely smashed that i cant rememeber much but what i do remember is causing me problems! I think i can remember one of my friends (a reeeaally fit girl) saying "i wish i could kiss you".. Now, i dont know if she really said it and i was dreaming it or remembering wrong stuff OR she really did say it. There is a chance she could have said it as we had a lil fling a few years back but couldnt take it further for other reasons and shes been with her boyfriend a while now and im sure shes getting bored of him and they are allways arguing! But then again, i could be completely wrong! Do i say something to her and ask her about it and risk screwing screwing our friendship up ( we are really good friend and have known eachother for years) or do i just not say anything? Ive just broken up with my girlfriend after over a year of being together which i was ok with and thought was the right thing to do until now im having 2nd thoughts.. One of my mates has really moved in on her and theyve been seeing alot of eachother recently and hes always asking her out. Im really annoyed at this and cant stop thinking about it. I dont know if im angry, jealous, wanting her back or what, im so confused. Im kind of annoyed as he hasnt spoken to me about this atall and has not asked my permission, not that he needs to but if i was in this position id feel like it was the right thing to do.. They havnt had sex or anything like that, theyve just kissed and i got the impression that she doesnt want to go out with him but its really annoying that i dont know if ive made a mistake or i dont know how or if i could deal with it if i saw them together as a couple. Does this mean i still have feelings for her or is it normal for me to feel this way? Someone must have been in this position before and if they could lend some help it would be great. please help, Aaron.
